Rude owner! I purchased over $65.00 in gas. I went in to use the restroom. She continued to jabber to someone in a foreign tongue while I was about to pee my pants. Then she said the restroom was for customers. It was obvious that my truck ? was parked at the gas pump ⛽. I'll never go back to this station.

Like others, my pregnant wife was denied use of the bathroom until she bought and paid for something. When she asked, "can I pay for this as soon as I get out?" The very rude guy behind the counter, who I assume is the owner, gave some excuse that pointed blame at, "other customers" for the policy being this way. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Im sure another place would be happy to have you as a customer rather than use you as an excuse to deny access to a bathroom.

I had a horrible experience today I stopped to go to the bathroom a get drinks before going to the splash pad in mt Zion. Im not from the area a stopped at the first gas station I seen. As it was an emergency I walked in an asked to use the bathroom before purchasing my items an got greeted in the most disrespectful way. The man behind the counter said “they had a restroom only for buying customers.” First off I came in there to buy drinks a pee. I had to go pee first tf !!! Just bc I didn’t buy a piece of candy or drink first means I can’t go to the bathroom. Like what place does that I understand getting rid of unnecessary guests Gtfo some. Where denying people to use the bathroom before they buy is so unethical. Y’all should be ashamed!!!

Pumps don't work and the staff is very rude and unpleasant. Stopping elsewhere is your best bet.

Maybe they should be more pleasant and let customers family use their restrooms instead of each member having to purchase something. Very sad that you have to pay to use restroom in the USA. Do they pay to use restroom at other places?

Do yourself a favor and give your business to another gas station that deserves it. If I could give zero stars to this establishment, the gentleman running this place would certainly have earned it tonight.Based on my shocking experience, I figured maybe he was having an off night and felt it was appropriate to take it out on a customer in desperate need of the restroom. Little did he know, he also threw away a $100+ transaction in fuel as well, all because he refused to let me use the facilities.Once I came to google to share my experience, I can’t say I was surprised to see others have had a similar interaction with him.He claimed he had “just cleaned it” and refused to let me use it. When I told him it was an emergency, and begged him to please reconsider, he got in my face, started threatening me and said no. He told me I could, “Go in the parking lot. Let’s go, let’s see it.” May he have the day he deserves and thank goodness my husband was in the truck!Casey’s around the corner is quite clean and super friendly. :)

They made me buy something to use the bathroom which is fine but it was really hard to walk around with all the stuff on the ground.

Stopped on our way home from Springfield. All 3 Kids wanted snacks and a drinks. I Needed to use the restroom, guy says no public restroom. I said it says customer restroom on the door. He says “ you have to pay for your stuff before using my restroom” I said can I put all my stuff on the counter and pay as soon as I come out. So I don’t have to carry it into the restroom with me. Nope pay before using restroom was his reply! f that. Put all my stuff down and walked out the door. If I could give zero stars believe me, I would!

Most disgusting Grose, dirty and rude place I have ever been. Asked for key to bathroom said it was for customers, so i guess i had to buy a pack of gum to use the bathroom. You people who own this store are very rude will tell everyone I know not to patronize your nasty little gas station. I pray one day u stop somewhere to use the bathroom and are told this I am sure u will cry discrimination.

Awful!! Stopped in to use the restroom and waited for 5 minutes with the door locked that says “customer restroom”. And the guy sitting at the counter asks if he can help me with something. I said my 6year old is just waiting for the bathroom. Promptly tells me “we don’t have a public restroom”…. And I said the sign says “customer bathroom, you don’t have a bathroom” he says nope and ignores us. So rude!!! Never will be back!!!
