I had a wic appointment today at 2 pm got there a little early and was taken to the waiting room where me and my three children sat for over 45 mins just to be taken into a room for my child to get his height and weight ask a couple questions and we were gone no one infront of us. My visit today was ridiculous if you aren’t gonna see ppl at appointment times or are to short of staff in the department you shouldn’t be doing in person visit… and thankfully school was cancelled today or my oldest wouldn’t been able to get inside due to me being at the appointment so long.. this is unacceptable!!!!!

I don’t know if it’s a recording or not, but I called for dental help with this bad toothache, and the same lady hung up on me THREE different times after saying “Hello” to me once; she wouldn’t even let me make an appointment. That’s how you guys do business?

I have been there with children for WIC and later for help with Social Security health plans. I never had a bad experience here. Everyone was very professional and kind. I think they are probably very busy right now. Many people post to complain and not so many who are satisfied. Life

Turned to them for help with COVID related matters. I was laughed at and mocked for being concerned about my child’s safety. Asked to file a complaint, still haven’t heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Rude and down right failing at their jobs!

How can I share anything. The tv says call 718-6205 at 12:00 noon on 02-01-2021 to get on a list for a covid shot for seniors. Your phone rings at 12:00 BUT says ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE FILLED. WHY, have wand tv announce this... you don't mean it. Are only your friends and family able to get appointments?

Unreliable. Says to leave a voicemail and they’ll call you back but then you dont hear from them for 3 month. This place is supposed to help people but only when they want to.

I’ve been calling the facility for over 3 weeks now! I’ve left message after message to get my high school senior in for his immunization with one return call but I was at work and couldn’t answer. My son went into the facility to make an appointment but was told that he needed a Parent to make an appointment and to call after Friday. I am a nurse and I realize the importance of following guidelines but their should be someone answering questions for concerns regarding your child’s health. It’s unexceptionable for a State funded facility turn away an Adult child(18) and tell him he needs his Mother to call.

Took my Granddaughter twice. Very nice clean clinic was clean & quiet. 2nd visit she had a chipped tooth fixed & it looks beautiful.

They've been in the community for years and have served many people. It's nice to have a facility that offers WIC, immunizations, and dental care.

Macon county health department is a Great place to get various vaccinations. Considerably cheaper than going to my doctors office. It was also much faster than my doctors office. The staff was friendly, and I was in and out in under a half hour.

appreciation for the help for seniors with case manager who work to keep us at home. also provide the needing of a dentist, health care, medication.I would like to express my appreciation to Kenna who is my case manager because she has given me the directions I need to receive services.
