Walked in wearing size 10.5 boots that I desperately needed to replace. Loretta sized me up and insisted that I was a size 12. Seemed odd to me, but I thought that she knew what she was doing. Well, she didn't. I wore my new boots out and discovered pretty quickly that they were way too big. I did not wear them after I arrived home. I live 3 hours away and wasn't able to make it back to this location for a few weeks. I walk in and explain the situation, and she immediately gets an attitude with me and says that she can't take them back because they've been worn. Yeah, they're boots. That's what you do with them. So now I've got a $230 pair of boots that I can't wear because of her mistake. The sad thing is that when she's not practicing horrible customer service, she seems like a nice person. Oh well. Learn from my mistake of giving her a chance. Shop somewhere else.

Great customer service. Loretta will do anything to make sure the boot fits comfortably. The only place i will ever by my boots, plus its local if you live in decatur support our small businesses. Not big box companys. Promise you will have a great expierence in the store.
