Bought a vehicle July 6. Within the first week said vehicle overheated. I replaced radiator, both hoses and thermostat. Car continued to overheat. Ordered a water pump for the car and sent it with the vehicle when they came to get it (They offered to "fix" it for us). Talked to Paul and he told us they would take care of it and "not too worry". That was 5 weeks ago. Everytime we call, we get an excuse. First excuse was the mechanic had an family emergency and would be out of state. Second excuse was they were having trouble with said mechanic and decided to hire a new one. Today's excuse was they can't get a new timing belt for 2 weeks. I called my local Advance Auto Parts. They overnighted the part and I will deliver it to the mechanic first thing tomorrow.UPDATE: We are now in week 6 and Lewis is still "repairing" our vehicle. They offered to roll our balance into another vehicle on there lot if we were interested. Needless to say (holding back laughter) we declined.My family will not be darkening any of the doorways at Lewis Auto Sales or any associates ever again.Week #8 Lewis auto Sales has STILL not touched my vehicle. Triple A is on their way to pick up my car as we speak and transport it to a REAL mechanic.

I highly recommend for you to shop at Lewis Auto sales you work you Dr no questions asked the only question asked is how much you're going to bring in weather it is weekly or monthly 5 thumbs up highly recommend you can find Louis Auto on main and green that's the big lot and you can also find Louis Auto the mechanic shop and they also have cars and that place is located on Woodford and Garfield I advise all those that are in search of a vehicle to run on down to Luis Auto and see brother Paul and be sure to tell brother Graham sent you... Five thumbs up highly recommend

My car broke down Monday called Tuesday to someone said it will be Wednesday morning when someone come and get it called that afternoon and I was told somebody would be by to get it. It’s Friday I just called somebody told me to call back in 5 mins when I did he said call back in 10 mins when I said you just told me to call back in 5 mins he was very rude. From my experience I feel like I was token advantage of because I’m a single parent who needed transportation.

Well first off I went in and it seemed like it was a nice place of business then I went outside to check around look at prices figure out what I want to finance every car that I looked at had a one price on it but when I asked the manager of the establishment the price went up three or four times not only on one truck but multiple made me feel like it was a scam asked me to pay three different down payments three different weeks DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT RIPPED OFF!!!!!

Will be contacting an attorney if not heard back from you due to you selling us a junk car. Within 2 hours of buying a car it breaks down and all the son can say is i drove it for several weeks and never had a problem. Lol and yes lol was sent to me. A mechanic told me it had just had a new water pump and thermostat put on. He played crazy at first and questioned the mechanic and then agreed he had to have them put on. He told me that he would fix the car and the next day I text him and asked him what the plans on fixing the car were and no answer. I call the office phone and the step dad says oh he should be here with in an hr and I'll have hum to give you a call. We shall see.
