Absolute fu*cking losers. My mother Michele Wisdom, whom customers ADORE, just got put on "indefinite suspension" because the goofy manager wants to take a customer's word over hers. My mother is 62 years old and works her A** OFF, 40+ hour weeks, MAYBE one day off a week. THIS is how they treat their staff. Probably should note that they've also yelled at her for trying to stop pathetic shoplifters.
Fu*k you guys. Karma's a bi*ch and she knows everyone's address.

The Kroger on 36 is large, open, has sushi / sashimi, deli, bakery, butcher and seafood departments.

I just got off the phone with the absolute nicest customer service representative. I called to inquire about inventory as I have not had any recent luck with getting coffee creamer when I place a curbside order. Additionally other random things are periodically not in stock. I was curious if I was selecting brands / items not typically stocked at that store. When I called the phone was answered promptly. The first person I spoke to asked me to hold in a professional manner (not the "wait a minute" I hear a lot from businesses these days). I was on hold for only a few seconds before the next person answered. My questions were answered in a professional and caring manner and I was offered some insight in to the inventory / availability of items. I ignorantly was not aware that stores still aren't at pre Covid product capacity. I appreciate the professional and empathetic service provided to me today. Thank you to the people I spoke with today and to all grocery workers for your hard and very essential work!

Saw 2 people at this store with no mask, mask are required in every business nation wide, why did these 2 people get away without a mask in a very busy store that has apparently let workers with covid work, & management at this store don't do anything about it, horrible management at this store, I wish another grocery store would open in Mt.Zion or someone would buy this kroger & turn it into respected store, because this store has completely lost my respect, sad thing is this is my closest store. Should be a no star review.

Kroger's stores are requiring positively tested workers to come in and work and handle all the food. There are people who have tested positive for covid who work at this location. Stay away.

Store has all the things you want to survive if your healthy there is a produce section and local ingredients for any need and if you want to live dank they always have Jimmy Dean Frozen meals for your rural country family of 30. This place always seems to have weird employees that smoke vapes and cigs outside, scare customers, and forget to put back frozen pizzas. Overall a good store if you can deal with the fright.

I'm probably the only person that could give a care less about the new Starbucks coming into this Mt.Zion Kroger facility. I can't wait for the long lines to jam up what are already long lines to buy groceries! Today I witnessed another customer in a different checkout lane who was disgruntled. I understand the customer was being kind of a jerk and giving his opinion but when a manager snaps back and goes and talks to her Superior and that Superior refuses to come out from behind their safe little wall, I lose all respect for Kroger employees.

Leaving feedback here after speaking to customer service attendant. This Kroger is not enforcing the wearing of masks over mouth and nose. I saw 8 people wearing masks improperly. When I lodged a complaint at the service desk, I was told Kroger is working on it, but no details about that were provided. As I stood there talking with the Kroger worker, a woman behind me barely had a mask slung over her mouth. When I pointed this out to the Kroger worker, she said she would speak to the woman. I'm afraid I do not feel this store is serious about creating a safe environment for all shoppers. They have great stock on their shelves, but I'm not happy that I have to risk virus exposure to reach the products

I find items in this store when cannot find in other stores. Customer service is good. Plenty parking space available. Most of the time the store is very clean.

Used to be clean and we'll sorted with friendly staff. Not sure what's happened these past two years but it went downhill fast. Nothing is stocked, dust on merchandise, rotting fruit in the produce section, and dirty floors.

Our family loves the fried chicken, however when ever we go in to get some there is always a wait. There is usually 3 to 6 of the roasted sitting on the warmer. Manager don’t you get it? People love the fried chicken not the pitiful roasted you sell. Today my wife went to purchase fried chicken and was told they don’t have anyone that can cook it. They also said people like the roasted more, right that’s why there were 6 sitting there getting cold.Look we like the store but you need to look at your sales, the fried chicken is a winner not the roasted. Usually when we go to get fried chicken there is a wait or people in line waiting for it to be made.I sincerely hope you can look at this and get better at knowing your customer base. Good luck and have a nice day,Thank You

The stupid manager wouldn't let my friend buy pepsi because we walked in together and I "bought the limit". so screw his 78 year old mother?
