Rudest pharmacy staff on the planet!!! Pharmacist even said HSHS is nothin but a band aide hospital how rude, no one in line, no one waiting pharmacist and rude asst said I would have to wait 30 minutes for them to fill prescription because that’s how it is!!

Update 12/13/21Update 12/13/12 what a mess it has been. If I only has the time to update more often. Pharmacy manager A.C. refused to fill meds on a Sunday night because she did not have time to count . I explain to her that I am leaving town before the pharmacy opens and she told me I would have to change my plans. I asked for her managers contact information and was given 1800 kroger. I'm sure she think I have forgotten but nope just busy. It's an excuse every single time you go. The employees minus a couple of the really nice techs are always rude. The younger gentleman with the hats on all the time is the rudest person I have ever experienced in the customer service industry. We have no switched to a local pharmacy that delivers for free . My scripts are cheaper and the staff is amazing . So long Kroger, it won't take much longer until the store is out of business.Update 5/10/21Scripts called in and another excuse as to why they cannot be filled today. We were now told the scripts are in central? and will the pharmacy is unable to fill them until tomorrow. Every single time it is always something, some reason,, some excuse,, etc..Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.. Customer service is extremely disappointing. Scripts are never ever ready. Then if you have to call and check it is rude attitude from the tech to the pharmacist. I am an extremely unhappy customer and will be shopping other pharmacies to find one that will care about its customers and PATIENTS. I could go on and on with my experiences but I always try to pass it off and hope for a better experience next time but I cannot anymore. Even if you call and are told they will be ready be prepared to wait an hour sometimes. Absolutely ridiculous and mismanaged. Kroger please fix this and bring back the Kroger that we all loved a few years ago. I have been given other patients medication. The prices are never right. It's just always something and it use to be the BEST. Such a shame.

Script called in at 8am yet they always "just got it" when I arrive at 4-5pm... and oh god why so slow you will stand there in line for 20 mins and be told it now will be 30 mins for them to get it ready....

Leaving feedback here after speaking to customer service attendant. This Kroger is not enforcing the wearing of masks over mouth and nose. I saw 8 people wearing masks improperly. When I lodged a complaint at the service desk, I was told Kroger is working on it, but no details about that were provided. As I stood there talking with the Kroger worker, a woman behind me barely had a mask slung over her mouth. When I pointed this out to the Kroger worker, she said she would speak to the woman. I'm afraid I do not feel this store is serious about creating a safe environment for all shoppers. They have great stock on their shelves, but I'm not happy that I have to risk virus exposure to reach the products

Worst pharmacy in Decatur!! Never notify you that your script is ready until AFTER you pick it up it’s NEVER ready when it says the staff is super rude once they only gave me half my script and took over a week to figure out what happened then no apology just laughed about it every single time it’s horribly long wait that’s IF it’s ready! Do not go here!!

I love this store when we are in the area. It is organized and always so clean. The selection of products is wonderful. We recently lost our Kroger store so this is a welcoming experience and it is by far superior to what we had.

This location is known in the area as the Cadillac of Krogers! We have watched it grow many times over the 26 years. We do however feel a deep loss of the management and insufficient supply of its favorite Dinner and picnic food, Fried Chicken and Fried Chicken Strips. The last 4 visits to Kroger various times there has been nada. Seems that after church, I should walk in and find a variety of choices. Let's revisit the past successes of this business that is in such demand. It should be as special as the rest of this jewel of a store that brings people in from miles away.

They never send a text to let us know our prescription is ready. Gave us a time, we showed up and then told an hour later again. Very slow. We are switching pharmacies. Numerous times this has happened. The extra drive will be worth it.
