The pharmacist at Kroger's on Route 36 said this today. Doctor's office called in a script there today because my regular Pharmacy didn't carry it and the doctor's office was told that since I wasn't a regular customer of the pharmacy he didn't care to fill the prescription. I was told he was not very nice to the nurse on the phone . I wouldn't become a regular customer of his if he was the last pharmacist in Decatur. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE my butt.

A bit disappointed on a Monday evening that the Lay's display was bare, Dr. Pepper 12 packs were no where to be purchased and the Breyer's ice cream was also bare (vanilla). They also refuse to carry Prairie Farms products which is local for Decatur, IL so there's that.

This place has the WORST employees I've ever had to deal with. Tonight, I was checking out at the the self scan when I noticed an item rang up twice the amount it was advertised. I asked the cashier if she could have the price verified- because the item was advertised “4/$10 or $2.50 each with card.†She refused and told me I had to buy four. I responded that the sign did not say that, otherwise it would have said “4/$10 or $4.99 each.†She shrugged her shoulders, and said

This location under remodel. Went in two days ago and all the produce was rotten with fruit flies everywhere. Bagged salad lettuce brown and out of date. Other than this one of the better Kroger's to go to.

Whenever I go back home to Decatur, IL, I will stop by this Kroger for my grocery items. I stopped by 2x to get some items and found different variation of items that I purchase at home. Different is always nice... or options. Ambiance: Clean, stocked Service: The lady who rung me up was very pleasant as well as the people who bagged my items. Both were very friendly and full of customer service and personable.

Sitting in car waiting on script to be filled. Carts are blowing into cars from high winds. Called into the store, some chic said we send baggers out all the time. Lie...all the carousels are full, I've been out here 25 minutes and no one has came.

This is the worst store & pharmacy EVER!!!! I know County Market and the Fairview Kroger closed But COME ON!!!! The pharmacy techs were rude, overwhelmed, had computer issues, and acted like they didnt want to be there. I went in for a simple flu shot that took 25 mins instead of the 10 I waited last year. To make matters worse I had people cutting in front of me, being rude, and not patient. The tech who gave me the shot was from Peoria was kind and gracious, but I was already disapointed as this Kroger has limited parking, is crowded, and is already high in prices. Due to this experience I doubt I will be back... Horrible just Horrible!!!!

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED today when I went in and had Ken as my cashier!! Upon ringing up my groceries, I had picked up 4 of the California Kitchen Pizzas that had tags saying on sale for $4.99/ buy 5 items, then they only $3.99. There was a tag on top shelf and 1 on bottom. I assumed the middle shelf tag had fallen. When he rang them up they rang up for $7.39. I told him that was wrong and he immediately said I will check. Runs down the pizza isle and comes back telling me i

You have bone in ribeye on sale this week and was informed you can't cut a 5lb rib roast for a customer. Come on now, thankfully the Kroger in Fairview Plaza came through with flying colors. To bad your store isn't the one that's closing.

So I just want to express something this place was completely unprofessional. I have a Kroger account and when you do you get things cheaper then they actually are correct ?? Well tonight my cashier who was the rudest human being I have ever met his name is BRIAN ! Well I wanted to purchase some laundry detergent since I'm putting together care packages for families who cannot afford items. I had coupons for these items well since their is a supposably deal for this same dete

Please add mustard in a wide mouth jar. Squeeze bottles just rob the customer of the full value he or she has paid for. I was chagrined to find not one jar of mustard one could stick a knife in or spread on a burger or sandwich.
