George took the payment over the phone, boxed it up and shipped it off to South Carolina so my son would have it in time for a wedding he was going to attend. The Brass Horn and their staff define “Service”. Stop in and chat and soon they will just start bringing you things that are right up your ally. By far the best shopping experience every time. “I sent my father's flowers in January. I did receive the items except my earrings. I kept texting for an update and kept getting the response of they are on backorder or they will be in by the end of the week. I asked for a refund for the earrings and got no response.seller remade the earrings and also sent me a refund. Thank you”
“They did a wonderful job! Professional, honest, and very prompt. I had brought in a ring for my mom on a Tuesday afternoon and was told it could be about two weeks to get the ten prongs fixed and shined back to factory specs. I got a text Friday morning and it was done. This was the week before Christmas even with an in house jeweler around the holidays that’s not a normal turn around. Plus with the in house jeweler it adds so much relief not to have your priceless jewelry pieces in the mail coming and going from the jeweler. Will definitely be back.”
