Horrible customer service. My girlfriend bought a car from them last year and has nothing but trouble and can get it fixed. She broke down trying to go to Florida for her daughter’s birthday and was stranded on the side of the road after purchasing car a car two weeks before taking trip. Two transmission in 6 months and she still doesn’t have the car she is making payments on. Please make this make sense.

So far ever since I’ve gotten my car I really haven’t had any issues yet. But even if did or do have issues they are very communicative and are very understanding. I’ve gotten my first car a few months ago and it’s been rolling great. Hopefully I can bring and recommend a few out of town people to get a car from you guys. If you have no credit or a little credit just talk with them and they will work with whatever works best for them and you together. Only roadblock is that they do not give out loan cars when you take your car to they shop so please be mindful of your time if you decide to have them work on your car to rearrange anything.

They refuse to honor their own warranty I had to call corporate to see where to take my car since I bought my car in October and it’s may and the engine started smoking
