I hate car salesmen and the whole buying a car process. With that being said, my experience buying a car from Matthew Wildman at Jackson Ford was nothing but positive and painless. I had checked out their inventory online and found a car I liked. I went to see it on a Sunday and enquired about it online that night. Remember…I HATE this process. On Monday, I received a call from Matthew asking when I would like to test drive the car. I test drove, signed papers for loan and drove away with my new car in less than 2.45 hours…FEELING GOOD about my purchase! No buyer’s remorse…nothing! They kept my payments where I needed them to be. Matthew has also checked with me after my purchase to ask if I had any questions with anything. So if you’re looking for a vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Matthew Wildman at Jackson Ford!

Just had the first service on my full size Ford Bronco, synthetic of course! Could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the care of my baby!
Brad my service advisor was super knowledgeable, the tech found a small issue with my factory tire.
The sales team were engaging even after they found out we were not buying another new vehicle. Shout out to senior sales rep Eric Courtney.

In the process trying to buy a vehicle. And it gets sold right underneath us. They was supposed to call us. Thanks Eric for lying to us about it. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Marty in service is a great help. Had my focus in last year for AC repair and he got me in ASAP and fixed it the first time. Before coming here I had brought my car to another shop to get it repaired and they couldn't fix it, not here. It's been 9 months and still blowing cold air.

Drove 5 hours to purchase truck from them and they failed or hid several things wrong with the truck, broken cameras, broken windshield and plenty of others, they talk a really good story but beware of your outcome wish i would have bought the exact same truck with 20000 less miles and a 1000 more dollars and 2.5 hours closer ,all i can say live and learn dont make the same mistake we did as i said they talk a good game and then deny they knew the camera and windshield was broken but the previous owner will verify that for us soon enough plus the other issues that are present, i would find someone else to do business with if you can.

Mike in parts is an absolute gem. I drove 3-4 hours from Missouri last night, Friday, stopped at a relatives house and went to leave and my car would not shift gears. Husband is mechanically inclined so he was just going to order the part but it wouldn't be here until Tuesday at the earliest. Called Mike in parts and he let us know there was a recall on the exact part causing my car issues. He even explained to my husband how to reconnect the cable so we could drive it to the dealership. My husband dropped off the car between 10:30-11am on Saturday when they close at 12pm and they had it ready before Noon and here I am sitting in my car writing this review. We literally would have been stranded until the middle of next week if they hadn't been so accommodating to us! Thanks so much Mike and the service guys!

We drove our vehicle in for a diagnostic estimate yesterday morning, we picked it up in the evening time and barely made it home after they charged us $112 to inspect it. The store manager was very rude and not willing to listen to us and had no accountability for them making our vehicle not drivable now. Luckily we have 2 other vehicles to drive but the point is this dealership is shady and unwilling to correct the issue that they have caused or refund our money. We will not be using them ever again and we'll be in contact with the Attorney General and BBB very soon. BEWARE & STAY AWAY!

Was killing time but they had a Ranger on the lot and I was wanting one. Low mileage 1 owner, serviced there. Was perfect. Took it home to Tennessee and I love it. Was downsizing from an Expedition EL.

Great used truck shopping experience. Matt Wildman was my salesman, and he accommodated my needs. He was honest and upfront, easy to talk to, did not pressure me into anything, and just great all the way around. He would not let me leave until I was satisfied. Hope to do business again in the future. Used car shopping can be rough these days, but this was easy... I dare say fun.

I've worked with Matt for three vehicles and sent my son and daughter-n-law to him as well. He's helpful, polite and always does his best to find just the right vehicle for me.
The "paperwork" staff person was great. He put everything together and explained what I was signing and worked to make that part of the new car transaction easy as possible.
My experience was terrific!

What an awesome experience! We drove 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle for my wife. Chrissy Morrow was awesome from the first phone call! She worked with the Jackson team to get my wife in the 2023 Ford Bronco we found online at their dealership! The ENTIRE Team at Jackson was absolutely amazing. From Sales with Chrissy, to Finance with Aaron, and even the help of the GM Rob to get the deal done!

Brought my F350 in for oil change, referred to as “The Works”. Requested Motorcraft 15-40 oil. When I checked the bill they had used 10-30 Valvoline. The parts guy told me that was what the factory recommended, actually argued with me about it. Turns out the parts guy didn’t know the truck was a diesel, never came to me before they didn’t honor my request and went ahead and put the wrong oil in my truck. Luckily, I checked the bill. They changed the oil to the right/requested oil. They did rotate the tires but didn’t make sure the tires had the right pressure in them, causing the “low pressure “ warning.
I will never go back
