Very poor customer service. Lady was rude. Only guess at when my order would be ready. I was in the parking lot and saw the lady in the office but she wouldn't answer the phone. I had to get out in the freezing cold and go in the office. I'll never come back

I have had nothing but great service from Zack with Hicksgas. Zack assisted me when I purchased my new home and was very helpful in explaining the process of obtaining a new tank or keeping the one that was left on the property. The follow up and communication is not something you see from most companies today.

Man where do I even start, Zack Mansfield went above and beyond while servicing my needs, he was very straight forward and you could tell he truly had a passion for Hicksgas! What the world would be if there were more people like him! I would 100% recommend Hicksgas (Zack Mansfield especially) to anyone in need of servicing! Zack Mansfield is the best representative i have ever had from hicksgas. he went above and beyond any expectations i could ever have imagined to make sure ALL of my needs were met. such a sweet and generous kind hearted fellow he was. hicksgas, as well as the world need more Zack Mansfield's i cannot say enough good things about this employee. i really hope to see more of him in the future.

I felt the need to thank the Hicksgas team for excellent customer service. We tried to reach our local branch to schedule a fill by phone and we were having issues getting in contact with them. I know we are all struggling from covid, manpower, its extremely cold so they are busy but being worried with the temp I decided to try reaching out online noting I would keep trying to reach them by phone. The next morning I received a call from the District Manager letting me know we have been scheduled. If that's not excellent customer service I don't know what is. Thanks Hicksgas!!
