This store is a real gem. Not only are the staff all helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. The store carries almost anything you can think of needing for running, and if they don’t have it you probably don’t need it!
One of the few stores you can also pick up Lululemon gear alongside Brooks and Rabbit as well as others for both men and women and a great stock of GoodR sunglasses.
I love being able to shop local and not have to compromise. If they don’t have it they can get it. And if they do and I can’t get there, they are just a phone call away and will ship.

Fleet Feet in Decatur has very knowledgable employees and they are very helpful. Did not have the shoe I was looking for in stock but got online and ordered for me from another Fleet Feet store and my daughter received her shoes the next day!!! Highly recommend if your not sure of your exact size - they will fit you with what you need!!!!

Excellent customer service! Wonderful shoe selection. Finally I was able to find shoes that fit, are supportive and look great! I highly recommend Fleet Feet, especially if you have a hard to fit foot. They will help you!

If you are a runner, you should visit this store.
I'm a marathon runner, and I was cautious about the shoe selection and staff direction. I was blown away by the quality of both.
I was extremely clear about my intentions to find another pair of training shoes now that my previous had reached their mile limit. Even though it was 20 minutes until closing, Jen, the staff member who helped me, stayed late with another staff member and found many pairs of shoes she had experience with that would be good for daily use.
There was a huge selection of shoes, socks and accessories that are helpful for runners - long runs too (e.g. running water bottles).
I was given helpful details on the types of shoes available and what their best uses were. She was patient and let me try on every shoe more than once. Jen also gave me invaluable running tips and resources I could take away, on top of finding two pairs of fantastic shoes - both of which are brands I never thought I would try, but ended up fitting extremely well.
I ran my first run in the shoes this morning - my third best 10k of all time. Listen to Jen. Go to Fleet Feet. Find some darn good shoes.
(if you're looking for racing shoes, though, like alpha flies, you'll have to look somewhere else - this store is intended for training shoes or below)

Great store I was introduced to by a colleague in 2022. All my purchases here have been super, including 2 pairs of running shoes and comfortable athletic socks. The staff have all been friendly and helpful.

Overall great experience. I usually go to Springfield to buy my shoes, but I was referred by my doctor to Fleet Feet. Moving forward this is where I will be shopping at Fleet Feet.
