Called to order food and was asked to wait on hold. No problem. After sitting on hold for 10-12mins w no check in I hang up thinking they were busy and forgot. I called bac and no one even said hello, just placed me bac on hold. So I hang up and call bac once again. The man answered and asked’ “are you the one who keeps calling back?” I say yes, and he proceeds to hang up in my face. I call back because I CANNOT BELIEVE they jus hung up on a customer who mind u politely waited on hold. He answered and I asked why I was hung up on and he say’s because I kept calling and hanging up. I told him I only hung up because I was left on hold and thought that they had forgotten about me being on hold. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Customer service comes FIRST! This place is ghetto and unprofessional. Though I like the food I will NEVER spend money there again. That’s whyi give 1 star⭐️

Great but To high for they food 4 plates was 90$ everyday I was in Illinois . 90$ times 3weeks buying food for 90$ I didn’t know no where else to get food from around my family house. Great food and cakes

Christmas day, Shrimp boil with great friends. Oops! Where is our Zatarans Shrimp Spice???? This is the fourth place I visited to find it. Thank God for their thoughtfulness. I bought 3 of the four available. Left one for You! ps: they had Old Bay also!
