Just bought a bed from Decatur Mattress. Super soft and comfortable bed and the buying experience was super fast easy with no hassles with a quick delivery. Highly recommended. I will be back again.

We set an appointment for 4:30 we had other unforseen obligations. Such as picking out 7 month old son from daycare. I messaged the boy to let him know we would be approximately 15 mins late. He proceeds to call ask where we are. I told the boy we were 5 mins away, prior to the call I apologized for the inconvenience. This is irrelevant we were going to be potentially purchasing 2 queen mattress. The boy was extreamly rude. He proceeds to tell me I should've made the appointment for 5. After the call I messaged him to let him know we would be going in a different direction. I am not going to give a disrespectful cocky boy my business. The boy decides to go back and forth with me via text. Solidifying our decision to take our business elsewhere. Which we did and are very happy giving a respectable individual our hard earned money. I had to block the boy to prevent further harassment. All around awful customer service! Very dissatisfied with the entire experience.

Enjoyed doing business with Jeremy, polite, very informative, answered in a timely fashion, understanding. Checked several areas out with same kind of beds and his was the best with all other options I was looking for. Had my bed delivered and set up in less than a week. Would highly recomend him and would absolutely do business with him again if opportunity arrives.

Wow!! My Personal Comfort bed is divine! I’m sleeping longer now that I have zero gravity setting. Jeremy makes the process easy from the first question to the delivery and set up. Highly recommend Decatur Mattress products and customer service.

Working with Jeremy has been the best experience ever! We had started to purchase a Sleep Number and the whole situation was becoming a nightmare! He took our desperate call at 8pm and met us over a holiday weekend to find a new bed for us. The Personal Comfort has been the best mattress we have ever purchased. Jeremy saved us money on the bed and adjustable base and More than delivered on his promises. Just an incredible guy with an amazing work ethic and we are so very thankful!!! Jeremy was amazing to work with. We received our bed in just 3 days (with the goodies that came with it the next day). Our new bed really is like sleeping on a ☁️. Much appreciation for the respect shown during this process and for keeping in touch with delivery details. We will be back if ever in the need for a new bed in the future.
