I had a vehicle loan with DECU for 3 years, to say this was a horrible experience would be an understatement. From there employees not being familiar with basic banking and business practices to given wrong/false information from multiple employees, managers and the so called president. I strongly recommend to steer clear of this establishment if and when possible. I have filled a formal complaint with the division of bank and have yet to receive a response from anyone at DECU. I am not surprised that I haven’t, but goes to show the morals and quality of people within this company.0 out of 5 stars.

Go elsewhere for any banking needs. This is a very inconvenient bank to deal with and make payments too. If you don’t have one in your local town do not do business with them. Making payments over the phone costs 10 dollars each time. They don’t care about the customer and have poor customer service.

I have multiple issues with this bank or credit union. My biggest issue was recently when there was an attempted fraudulent charge not once but twice on my account. When I went to the bank to address this situation I was not asked to step into an office to address it privately but it was addressed publicly in front of multiple customers. When asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then given attitude and she rolled her eyes at me. They are not professional nor is their security at the best. I would highly recommend no one banks through these people

An okay bank. Usually service is good, but it has been a pain discussing a FHA loan with them. I have trouble getting all the info at once; I instead am getting bits and pieces of info at a time which is a waste of my time.

Called to find out if I could get a form notorized. Was on hold for 15 minutes, but was told that I could get a form notorized. Went to the facility and had to wait over a half hour and still was not helped.

The company they use for their card services are straight up scammers. Constant issues with my card randomly locking, unable to login to the app most of the time because their "servers are updating" and no one can tell you why it keeps happening. So, if you want access to your money at most 50% of the time then this credit union is for you!

I have been a member here for nearly 15 years, and I am appalled at how I was treated by the "Member Advocate Supervisor", Reyna. For a community institution, they sure do love making their members jump through hoops & argue at every turn. I think they've forgotten that they only exist because of their members, which are leaving now in droves due to the changes they've made. They'd be the "because I say so" parent who loves power trips.

I have been trying to establish a replacement Visa card and have had zero luck finding any help at all. I used to love Earthmover when Terry Taylor was there and everything was done without all of the hoops you have to jump through nowadays. I believe it's time to start looking for a new bank!

Good bank, polite staff at each facility I've visited, helpful when I need it, but my gosh hurry up in drive thru, answer the phone.

Accuses people of forging checks because the date wasnt written to their standards. Doesnt even try to confirm it is a forged or legitimate check or send it to a supervisor. Great job...

Not to happy had to call to cancel one card and they turned around and cancelled my back up card and I'm not to happy that they did that without my permission
