Was told to get a starter I had to put a deposit, so I paid for the starter itself & was told they would call me when they got it off & they never called and closed the store for the day after I was told I would get it in 20 minutes

This place wasted my day trying to acquire a part. The inventory said they had it, but apparently no so when you show up. The old guy with the goatee and Harley Davison hat behind the counter has zero people skills and was zero help. The only plus was the young man who pulls parts. He genuinely seemed to want to help, thus the two stars. He pointed me to the salvage yard next door. They didn't have the part but were helpful in finding it online somewhere else. Overall, every part I needed was cheaper from Y-Yard in Effingham.

I had a hard time finding a rim for vehicle in a timely manner. I called and they had my part and shipped it to me and I received it in 2 days in great condition. Exactly as described. Pricing was the most reasonable in a 200 mile radius including shipping. The gentleman were very helpful.
