Great service was given to me. Took my vehicle to them and they actually gave me a ride home while they worked on my car and once it was ready, they actually came and got me from home. Will be going back to them in the future.

Duane and the crew did a fantastic job on our Honda Civic, repairing a bumper and driver door damage after a collision, They gave us an estimate that was actually a little over the final cost, told us how long it would be for parts to come, and once everything was in stock, completed all the work in 5 business days. I had a woman side swipe me, my car was tore all down the passenger side. My husband and I took it here and they were amazing! Not only did they handle the repairs they even ate some of the cost to replace a piece of our clear bra! Dwayne was who we were initially working through there but the whole shop was just great! Also, the price was more than acceptable! 5 stars for sure!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Decatur Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Duane went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with my vehicle. I had a clear bra that they had to take to another shop to get done and Duane noticed the oattern wasn't the same as the other side (mirror) he didn't hesitate to call and schedule to get it done correctly as well as quickly. I will be a lifetime customer and highly recommend if you need auto body repair go see Decatur Auto Body... Duane was who helped me but all the guys there were very friendly and professional!!! 5 stars doesn't say enough or give enough credit to the Decatur Auto Body!!

Seriously the NICEST guys.. made sure I had transportation with 3 kiddos, because parts took so long, left it clean. Washed the outside, their customer service really was amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Definitely a place I highly recommend. Very smart and professional team that helped me out the quickest way without coming out of 1000$ bucks!!!!One of the guys ( cant remember his name) basically suggest me a plan B for my situation with my car. Really tells me this company isn't just after the money but also making sure customers leave with some kind of solution with whatever problem is presented to them. I called this place asking for my fender flares to be painted the same color as my truck and they said the could do it but I couldn't get the flares to them with work and me living around an hour away. So one of the workers there, Duane, told me to bring him to his house and he would just let me know when they were done so I could just get them done after work. He was very nice and did an excellent job for a great price on short notice!
