Always a pleasure coming in to the pharmacy. Friendly faces, supportive employees and overall great experience (even when there is an issue!). They take the time to ensure medicines are safe to take with each other. No waiting for a pharmacist to maybe be on the clock or dealing with high turnover

My experience started out great, but that only lasted until the first refill was needed after transferring, then it became a nightmare. If you have a lot of spare time for driving back and forth to the pharmacy to pick up partial fills all month and enjoy calling repeatedly and getting a different answer each time, then this is the pharmacy for you!! However, there are much better pharmacies to do business with in Decatur. Service has gotten really bad lately. No one cares about the patients at Dale's Southlake Pharmacy.

I recently switched my medications to this pharmacy (both locations) and have had an extremely negative experience. They were unable or unwilling to fill several prescriptions as written by the doctor. The owner then called and yelled at my elderly mother on the phone and then continued to harass me via phone calls and text after I let them know I was unhappy with the service I had received.Since then, they have held my prescriptions hostage, They then, in an act of retaliation, refused service to two family members, who had absolutely nothing to do with the issues.It's not acceptable for the owner to yell at an elderly woman or withhold prescription without a valid reason. Do not patronize these people!

Not sure where all the other low rated reviews come from. I have never had issues here (mailing packages, buying things, or anything!)! I will say that Big Chain Pharmacies work deals with insurance companies so they will most likely have lower prices but not always the best service. Service is HUGE in medicine!

Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello, and the non-pharmacy items available are cute. Moved from the Walgreens and Kroger because their service was abominable and haven't regretted it. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you get your medication.

Rude doesn't even begin to describe the girl with glasses at the drive up window. Picking up an Rx for my dad. Only thing she is good at is slamming the window. My dad said he had an account there. I guess not. Her 3 word statements were just mean. Don't worry Dale's, I will never step foot in there again. You make Walgreens look like saints!!

Not the best. It's happened twice in one month now where I got someone else's meds, and now my husband got someone else's meds just the other day. Where is the good help these days? Way too many mistakes here. Be safe.

Really poor customer service. Refused to help customer's even though we already paid for shipping. Kelsey refused service because we couldn't pay for an envelope we already paid for. DO NOT USE THIS USPS SERVICE.

I rushed there to pick up a package that a carrier had dropped off there I wasn’t home. I work during their times they are open. They closed a couple minutes before what their posted closing time is. My package has been sitting there for about a week.
