My daughter went in to pick up medicine and purchase a few things. Apparently some customers in line in front of her decided to make fun of her height and the Manager on duty , who was running the cash register, decided to laugh about it with them. When I called to complain , he said that he was just nervous and didn't know what to do because of who it was that was making the comments. He offered me a $10 store credit to make it right. Told him to keep it as that was not going to change what happened.

Ordered pictures online via the photo center and when I got there, I told the woman sitting at the register what I was there for and she then proceeded to go look through all of the pictures and ask me which ones I was there for, while SHOWING ME someone else's pictures instead of just seeing which were under my name. Nonetheless, she finds 3 of the 4 pictures and then says "idk where the other one is and don't know how to print it. Sorry" and shrugged. I told her I had a coupon for them and she said repeated herself about not know how to do it. I am not usually a Karen, but I just kind of expected more.

I had lost a prescription and was desperate to get it filled again, however, the pharmacy was unable to get an early refill override. I had to pay for the medication out of pocket. They told me that after using a discount the medicine would still be expensive. I asked them to go ahead and fill it. When I went to pick it up it was less that $100. Bill and Jamie found a better discount which brought the cost down considerably lower. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I cannot thank them enough.

I have been sitting in the pick-up for over ten minutes without being asked for assistance. The store is now closed, and we are still waiting. We watched the pharmacist putting items away until someone came to the counter. He then started helping the person inside as we sat watching in disbelief. Finally, at 9:03 pm, we were helped and given the excuse he os in the pharmacy all alone. Are we supposed to feel bad? We watched you preparing to close the store until someone inside walked up. We shouldve been served instead of watxhong you prepare to leave first. Bad business CVS...
