“We live in Dallas, Texas area and have kept our account with Staley Credit Union when we relocated here 10+ years ago after living in Decatur. Recently I had a major issue with a Virus on my Computer which resulted in Staley CU having to shut down my account.. Within one day all of their fraud issues were resolved and a new account was established. The entire team ( including Katlyn, Sherry and Kim) did an excellent job in helping us get the issue resolved, new account set up and our on line banking issues resolved. Customer Service and concern for us was outstanding. Would seriously recommend Staley's for your Financial needs. Special shout out to Mrs. Rashanda Bond-Partee for her knowledge, expertise, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers. My family have enjoyed the many banking services offered at LLCU such as the kids accounts (Paying for A’s, summer book club, etc), loan rate incentives, mobile/online banking, drawings for prizes, EVERYTHING! I can put my money wherever I chose, but we love LLCU and feel valued as customers here. I will continue to highly recommend them to family and friends!”

“Where do I start!? Absolutely amazing customer service any issue I had was met with unparalleled customer service. I had issues with applying for a loan online so I had to call several times “maybe I’m not the best computer guy” but they helped me every time walked me through it step by step explained anything if it was unclear. Not only was the customer service great the sense of humor was like I was talking to a friend I’ve known my whole life I’m a joker I like to smile and enjoy life some people it’s hard to get a smile out of but not the employees at the Galesburg branch Ashley Matthews was amazing I 100% recommend them for any of your banking or loan needs I also searched a ton of places and they had the lowest interest rates for my new vehicle loan every experience doesn’t have to be painful check them out if you would like to share the same experience I had 10/10 from me they definitely have my business!!!”

“I have been banking with LLCU for more than 30 years. I have always had good service here. If I ever need real work done this is the branch to go to, my closest branch I use primarily only for deposits/withdrawals, atm or check cashing. Anything more than that it's the Oakland branch.”
