“My husband & I experienced RV issues and pulled in to Love's in Decatur, IL
We are grateful for being able to park in one of the RV spots until we could have it towed for repairs.
Very clean facilities and ww had Love's mechanical service assist with diagnostics and were very curtious.”

Super excited about their new breakfast line up. Their new burritos are very filling & has great flavor. Their new breakfast bowls are pretty amazing too.”
“I had lost a prescription and was desperate to get it filled again, however, the pharmacy was unable to get an early refill override. I had to pay for the medication out of pocket. They told me that after using a discount the medicine would still be expensive. I asked them to go ahead and fill it. When I went to pick it up it was less that $100. Bill and Jamie found a better discount which brought the cost down considerably lower. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I cannot thank them enough.”
“My boyfriend and I visited today because we were selling a vehicle to a private party and they wanted some of the paperwork notarized and Google told us we'd find a notary there. Being a Sunday, there wasn't a notary available. To make matters more complicated, the private party didn't speak English. So the store manager, Ellen had an associate, Rachel, in the store that speaks Spanish translate everything we had been trying to communicate to the buyer and everything the buyer was trying to communicate to us and everything worked out great. They definitely went above and beyond for us and I for one am incredibly grateful and happy to know there are still people out there that are willing to go the extra mile when someone needs help.”

“Our experiences with Casey's have been hit & miss over the years, depending upon location, but we were super impressed with our pizza order on this visit, at this store. The pizzas we ordered were perfectly made, with more cheese than you'll receive at most pizza restaurants, who tend to skimp on toppings at the customer's expense. The store was clean, and everything was well stocked. Service was good. I worked for Casey's many years ago, so I recognize what to look for, and expect. I was not disappointed.”

“We always order our pizza from this Casey’s and the workers are always very friendly. Tonight we ordered pizza and cheese breadstick. They called us and said they were out of cheese breadsticks, but asked if they could make a homemade version for instead. I said go for it, and they are delicious! Most places may have just not bothered at all, but we thought it was very kind of them to offer making them from scratch.”

“Prices are great for the most part, things are easy to find, help is always close by, but those lines the last 3 times have been quite time consuming. But hopefully that issue will be addressed promptly. I enjoy quick in and out time's. I stay on the go. Other than that your store is absolutely wonderful and my kids love the popcorn and the duckies and bunnies. Would definitely recommend!”
