It's definitely not a 24-hour store, even though the lights are on and an employee is inside. There is always -- and I mean ALWAYS -- a sign up that says the employee is taking a restroom break. I mean, obviously people should be able to use the toilet when they need to, but it's bizarre that that sign is up more often...
