“I came in for a road side assistance swap and George was a the only one working this morning fresh after opening the parking lot was packed with returns there were 5 of us that needed help and George was also juggling phone calls, at no point did George look stressed or lose his 5 start customer service he multi tasked took care of us in a timely manner and even pulled my car to the most convenient place to hop right on the road !! Give this man a raise!”

“We were in the market for a Hyundai Santa Cruz. I located one on line at Bob Brady. We called them and told the dealer when we would be over to look at it. Adam was the person we spoke with. When we got there Adam unfortunately had to leave but Kyle Costello was the pinch hitter. We absolutely cannot complain. From the get he was very personable and knowledgeable. He was training a new salesman last name Rambo. Great kid seemed eager to learn and help. Kyle made the experience exciting. Giving all the detail and going over specs front to back and top to bottom. Definitely seems to enjoy his job and it shows. If I had a question he had an answer. We went to crunch numbers and in doing so the finance guy whom I unfortunately do not remember his name, actually found us a better deal and we upgraded from the used car we initially looked at to a 2026. I dont feel like it was an upscale it was merely pointing out the obvious. We did not feel rushed and comfortable. We had good laughs during the process. I definitely would highly recommend hitting up Kyle Costello if your in the market for something new or used. If we find ourselves in the market for another car any time soon Kyle and Bob Brady will be our first stop. Thanks for a great experience.”

“First experience ever with Budget. Honestly, after reading some of the previous negative reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but looks like the owner of the rental recently changed and did improvements, because the service I received was flawless.

The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free (and our Jeep smelled good, which I appreciate). We had some problems with the online rental process, but the employee was understanding and patient with us. Good to see that there are still honest workers in those kind of car rentals where it's pretty common to get scammed !”
