I wanted to extend my gratitude to Latoya H and Lily for an awesome customer service experience. Latoya truly exemplifies great customer service and the sales skills are impeccable. Although, it was a long day Lily made sure I was comfortable and did everything in her powers to expedite things. Thanks for having staff that display TEAMWORK.

Well I called them 5 times to ask if I needed one signer or money down, and just like all the other reviews as soon as I got there they told me otherwise. Wasre of time, gas and they lie period

I would give negative stars if I could. I'm not the only one who has had the same issue with them. Contacted them for help finding a vehicle. I am currently in a bankruptcy and having problems getting financing. They said I was pre-approved for $30,000 and to come in as it would only last 48 hours. I was immediately suspicious of this and looked at their reviews. Saw lots of people saying they were pre-approved for the same exact amount only to get there and not be able to get any financing. Told them I was not interested a couple of days later. They continue to call me multiple times a day, email me, and CALL MY WORK!! I even have email confirmation that they received my email to remove me from all methods of contact. Called them again today and had to speak to a different person who didn't answer their phone. By the time I got done leaving a message I had another email from them. DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT APPLY OR CALL THEM!! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and with states attorney as suggested by another negative review. If they continue to hound me, I will file harassment charges.In response to the owner's response, you obviously did not read my review and just put some generic response since this is not the first review stating the same type of harassment. I did call and email multiple times to get your company to stop harassing me. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with the BBB and threatened to contact the State's Attorney that suddenly the calls stopped. How convenient. Also this has nothing to do with protecting customer information given I had been contacted by at least 4 different people there. You were able to let each of those people have my information but no one could delete it? I do not appreciate being bullied into buying from a dealership especially when I've already told them I was no longer interested.Again, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Took my truck in to get recalls taken care of. Wanted to know if my heated seat and steering wheel not working were a part of the recall. Made it clear to not do another work unless they notified me of price. They added a diagnostic to find out what is wrong with my heater seat and steering wheel. Then say I asked for the diagnostic because the counter girl asked if I had concerns. Concerns that might be covered under the the recall. They say they have recorded line stating I asked for the diagnostic but can't seem to get together with me to let me listen to it. My truck is now sitting at Bob Brady Dodge service. This whole issue started back in September when a perform service light came on. I basically just wanted that fixed so I could get back on the road with my camper. Here I am 2 months later and can't pick up my truck till I pay for a diagnostic test I didn't ask for.

Worked with Kyle Costello on a Hyundai and had a good experience- no problem finding the brand new car I wanted, kept in contact during the wait for it to arrive on lot, and got in and out without much fuss the day of delivery. Very nice guy to work with.
