Told me I was approved I drove over 2 hours there when I got there they told me that they could take my paperwork but they were getting ready to close so I couldn't test drive that I was going to have to come back I said okay I understand I get that call them the next day and said so what's going on they said well we need to add your husband and I said why I'm already approved without him why does he need to be added adding him is going to increase my insurance he's a non-licensed driver. Well your income alone isn't enough so we need to add him your credit is okay but you don't make enough money so why did you guys tell me 2 hours previously before I drove over 2 hours one way remind you that I was approved with my income and what I put in they are liars and they will destroy any little credit you may have be aware

I received a call from Kim telling me she had me approved as long your documents Paycheck stubs and Driver license is good come pick out your vehicle .I told her I'd didn't want my credit pulled again that I already had 2 places tell me no and didn't want my credit hit again. Oh no worries your already approved just need those documents even talked to her assistant and stressed I live 2 hours away are u sure I'll be highly mad I come there for nothing. Oh yes sir your good go 0 down we work with different banks blah blah. I drive 2 hours my wife is on nights she had 3 hours sleep get there and guess what WE AINT APPROVED and now they want her trade in her vehicle and the loan place wont let us pick out car we want has to one they pick brand new only as comfort blanket. Mind blown I was so mad Ms.Kim starts back peddling on every word she said we wasted 60 dollars in fuel my wife got no sleep had to work 12 hours that night on no sleep she got wrote up for being late and we got no vehicle as promised ON SPEAKER I ASKED ARE U SURE WE WILL LEAVE WITH NEW RIDE YES SIR LIKE I SAID YOU JUST NEED COME PICK SOMETHING OUT VERIFY PAY STUBS SHE LIED THREW HER TEETH WE GOT SCREWED OVER PLACE IS A JOKE

Salesperson, Kate, was very polite and nice. Sales Manager, on the other hand, came off as shady. Their willingness to deal, stopped when we asked for an "Out-the-door" cost. Trade-in lost $2000, and other costs went up. We'll be shopping somewhere else.

Please Beware! They will lie and say anything to you over the phone to get you in there. After going back and forth in messages, sending them information, then phone calls they tell me "great news you're approved for financing" and then made an appointment for me to come in...then when I get there after driving from out of town it was a waste of time. They also tried to low ball me for my trade in. I told them my requirements on the phone my parameters for payments, what I estimated for my trade in etc. all before i came in and was " approved for financing" LIES!! I felt uncomfortable upon arrival. I didn't feel a welcoming environment. I felt because I was a woman the sales guy thought I was going to be easily taken advantage of, I decided to leave after spending about an hour or so there and being told how little they would give me for my trade in and how extremely high my monthly payments would be. This happened back in February, and i wasnt going to leave a review but now I'm car shopping again and I see my credit has dropped! I check it and see that it is because this guy pulled my credit 8 TIMES that day!!!! He didn't tell me he was going to do this nor did he ask me. I was completely unaware. This is not my 1st car buying experience and I have not ever had this happen to me before. Extremely angry and would not recommend this place.
*added in response to their response below: I like how they explain why they pulled so many times yet did not go into why they did it without asking me or telling me. You do NOT sit people down in your show room and tell them you are having their trade in looked at for an estimate then pull their credit 8 times!!! I was under the impression after my trade in was looked at that the guy was going to the back to speak to a manager. Never once was I taken into an office for any type of formal business to be done! Completely unprofessional and sneaky!!

They have no clue what they are doing. We drove over an hour for a car and were lied to about it being AWD. The “service manager” checked out the car and they said it was AWD when it was in fact a RWD. The lady acted dumbfounded when we looked under the car to see it was RWD. They are either liars or have no clue what they are doing.

Terrible service lies to you! My 2022 Honda crv ac doesn’t work just put blue light to it! Charge me 100.00 didn’t mention fee at all said be covered under warranty not another lie! Run from this place! Also got my vehicle last July and when trading vehicle in said won’t be any rollover wouldn’t let me see paperwork until afterwards! Rolled over 4,000! Rip off liars!! Will never do business with them again!! Claims needs Freon I already did that twice at home still won’t work! Then just to check for leaks with Freon going charge me $666.00! Like I said run!!

Live 89 miles from dealership, was told approved for everything on their lot, drove out there and was told needed a co-signer, my husbands income wasn't enough but makes 30 an hour. All we needed is another income it didn't matter about credit... At 830, got up, got them the info they needed by 9:26 am, the secretary we kept talking to was lacey, pretty sure. Was extremely rude Everytime we had to talk to her. Kim was extremely nice... But we didn't get notified til almost 2 pm finally. And of course our cosigner's credit wasn't good enough for them.

Would not recommend this place! They call me and told me I was approved and would drive of the lot with a vehicle! I drove over an hour to get a vehicle because I was Guaranteed that I would get one that day of my appointment! But as soon as I get there they came up with every excuse that they could come up with to go against what they told me. So horrible service and nothing but lies !

Wanted to trade my jeep in that I got from here and they couldn't help me. So I took my business elsewhere and came home with a new truck under the same finance company. This place will blow your phone up and harass you like no other. Hats off to World Kia of Joliet but not this place.

Told me no money down don't worry about waiting to get a down payment you'll be approved we do this all the time then I drove and hour and a half to get here and was told I'd need 4 grand down

If I could rate zero I definitely would. I had Heather as a “sales lady” she was very unprofessional,overbooked appointments for the day and discussed my personal information in the middle of the floor.. you don’t have an office ma’am? I asked several questions before coming in for my appointment and when I get here she’s saying something completely different contradicting EVERYTHING we spoke about, and then tried to tell me what it is I was asking. I didn’t even care to stay and finish the process with the tacky individual!

Bought a new 2023 Renegade in March and got a great deal on both the vehicle and my trade-in. All personnel were great especially sales associate Bob Peoples.
