Had media ports and a heating door replaced. I told them both ports were bad but only one was installed so when we picked up the van I had to show them that the other port was bad. That meant another day to order the part and another 40 mile trip for me

Everyone was so friendly and they squeezed me in at the end of the day. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a new car knowing my credit situation. I just knew I needed something that ran. I was prepared to leave with something used and cheap with a lot of miles, but Kim got me into a brand new 24 jeep compass! I’ve never owned a brand new car in my life! I’m so happy. ?

I don't understand why I have to drop my car off at 9am if you aren't going to look at it until 3pm. You could have told me to drop it off at 3pm
