Not worth giving any stars. completed an oil change for me, installed a cheap aftermarket filter that failed, plus put in the wrong oil per the manufacture instructions. caused the engine to lock up, then their insurance and best one would not claim any responsibility. And before anyone things it was a Junker car, my car was a BMW. DO NOT take anything to these people as they clearly do no stand behind their work. Guess i will see them in court.

Will never, ever buy tires here again. Tires purchased from the Champaign location have consistently leaked air from the time they were purchased. Have been back numerous times and problem has not been rectified. I spend more time in the gas station putting air in these tires than I do putting has in the car. They said it was from temperature changes. Since when do temperature changes cause your tires to lose 15 lbs of air? I am a senior citizen and frequently travel out of town, these tires have made my life a nightmare, constantly afraid I'm going to get stranded somewhere. Absolutely do not recommend this business unless you are a fleet driver.

Best One on MLK and Pershing. Patty took great care of us.Visiting Decatur ,had a tire issue, fit us in last minute. Had a chance to watch her with other customers, she really cares.

I just received a front alignment and 4 tires from the MLK location. The customer service was excellent, that is so hard to find anymore! Thank you for your kindness and getting me back on the road! Oh, and the tire shine! I highly recommend Best One Tires!

Great Service. Their Employee John Paul aka JP out of the Decatur area was amazing. He helped me with a flat tire, late at night and in the middle of no where. Great guy with a great attitude.

I'm a truck driver trying to park at the pilot in Decatur IL. I have the right of way and was trying to straighten out my truck to finish. Well their service truck pulls up after making a u turn to pull ahead in the path of where I'm trying to straighten my truck out. All I feel is safety first. It only takes a second for of irresponsible acts to cause damage. So think first people!!!
