Usually don’t have a problem, but this Manager Matthew was rude as hell to me and the young lady handling my order on June 14 at 12:55p I guess I’ll start going to the other location in Decatur, there is no reason to act like this

Dave was awesome! Our headlight went out and he helped us buy the correct bulb and tried to help us install it. The angle was impossible, thanks Dodge, so we were not able to get it done there. At least I had the bulb to show the nice officer who pulled me over for having a burnt out headlight.

Your store manager Jack is extremely rude. He continued to chastise me for not bringing my exchange item to the counter when I walked in. I literally had to say “alright damn” to get him to stop talking to me. If this is your policy post it on the door. I don’t come here often but any store I shop at you get the item you need and make the exchange especially considering I had my receipt. You didn’t have to treat me the way you did and I won’t return to this store.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Gave me the wrong part. Then the clerk refused to listen to what I needed. Couldn't just give me the part that I ordered despite me having the part number.
