I came in, and they were friendly and took great care of me (around 6:00 PM). I was back on the road quickly. I will definitely be stopping at this store again. “Huge! Nice layout and budget friendly for your needs.The tire center wasn't up to par. We had to convince the lady to look for what we needed, she swore that didn't have the trailer rim in stock- we bought 2 because she did her job finally. Then the tire tech insisted the trailer tire was directional and it wouldn't work for what we needed. He was wrong as well.I Understand new employees and under educated however it was moments before they closed and I'm sure they just didn't want to do the work”

“I hate car salesmen and the whole buying a car process. With that being said, my experience buying a car from Matthew Wildman at Jackson Ford was nothing but positive and painless. I had checked out their inventory online and found a car I liked. I went to see it on a Sunday and enquired about it online that night. Remember…I HATE this process. “Has a great selection of items for farm and home. Clothing selection is quite large, even for babies and toddlers. Our favorite is the John Deere selection for the little ones. My personal favorite is the selection of Dewalt tools which are my favorite battery powered tools. I purchased a generator on this trip which the staff was helpful in choosing the best one for home emergencies and to run my camper. The only issue I had was the inventory management was lacking in the number and location of the products.”

I love the frequent updates they give on the progress of the work being completed. My personal experience is that my vehicle has always been completed promptly, and typically earlier than expected. The work is always top tier and then some. Cleaning of the inside and outside of my vehicle is always just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.”
