“I don’t post often, so I have to say thank you to TJ in appliances for working through our scenario of an unfortunate situation with carbon monoxide found coming from a recent purchase of a couple months old Menard’s brand oven. Nicor had to come out and they shut down the house from 2 gas leaks they also happened to find in the basement(a blessing) even though they were actually called out for the CO detector sounding upstairs. Long and short of it, still under “mfg. warranty”, I lacking ppwk could have easily been pushed aside, but because of the evident issue at hand we were supplied option to swap or in store credit. Customer Service did their due diligence to gather required info and take care of my son and I to fix the “things happen” scenario and move forward. Thank you for being my local hardware store!”

“This store was redone not to long ago and I got to say I love this store! It's pretty clean and the workers are friendly! The last time I went a lot of stuff was empty but I think their truck must have just came as their workers were bringing out stuff.”
