Racially PROFILING PROFILING PROFILING. If I could give it, no stars I’ll give it no stars. I’m in there shopping. I’m a mixed transgender and I’m getting profiled to the point where it’s getting very uncomfortable and I ended up having to put my stuff down and leave and I’m not spending my money ever again at Walgreens and for sure not that Walgreens I’d rather go to CVS or Jewel. OH VALERIE, how demeaning!

This place blows my mind. Specifically having an e-commerce department directly competes with the brick and mortar store. Came in today to purchase some thing that online is $21 to find $30 on the shelf. Manager with the long hair I believe his name was Jacob would not honor it due to getting in "trouble too many times for matching" your own online price. "They want customers shopping online"

I can never get my meds on time, filled correctly etc. Once I drove back around 4 times before they had my order correct. It's so funny that in thus world they prescribe anti stress medication. Saying you need it, then stress you out more just trying to get it. Irony. Makes you not wanna get out of bed each morning if walgreens, much an esteemed and respected company, can't get you a little orange plastic jar on time...especially after you get a text saying your order is ready...like 4 times in a row...walgreens literally just makes me lose hope for mankind at this point. This isn't a bike, a beer, something you don't need need. These are meds for the brain...to keep it stable...not the best idea to deny someone those meds 4 times in a row then just go "sorry". I got NOTHING out of it, no gas money for driving around, no future discount, no skip the line bonus or personalized emails so I'll get my meds 100% when they're ready. No. Every time I need meds walgreens now messes it up, and I take alot of meds. I only go here because it's close to home and save gas. Not really when I'm forced to drive around 4 more times and think to just say screw it and drive off a bridge at how ridiculous the process for beibg stable is in a society that has a whole month dedicated to being aware about people that might be unstable....its like an episode of south park or something.

Always a long wait for the pharmacy.There was a big line on the drive through so I decided to come inside.One person working forThe drive through window and the other two pharmacist inside are in their phones while there are people waiting inside and outside.They don’t care, they are too good to take care of the customers.I decided to write this review after it happens multiply time with different employees as unfortunately this is the pharmacy I use. I think it’s time to change it!!!

The pharmacy used to be pretty good but I think it has gone downhill. I was told my RX would be be ready in 30 minutes but it took two hours. I think call the customer and let them know. I complained to the clerk and she just blew me off. Unprofessional.

You want some attitude? Guess what this Walgreen pharmacy does it all for you , I don't think it's the pharmacist that makes $100k+ have an attitude issue it's the teach that work here for $10 bucks an hr kinda ironic isn't it , especially the young blond with all the make up she found in Walgreen on her face, horrible customer service and attitude is like it's her store began with, I ask why bother working counter jobs when you have no absolutely no interest in being customer friendly , highly recommend deal with someone else

Debbie the pharmacist is amazing! She truly cares about her patients and is great at her job. She is an attentive listener, knowledgeable, and efficient. She is an asset to the Walgreens pharmacy team and as long as she is my local pharmacist, I’ll be returning to Walgreens!

Why be open on the 4th of July when the essential part of the store is closed. We were in the ER and the prescriptions were sent to an open Walgreens close to home upon discharge. When we found this pharmacy closed only part of the prescription would transfer to the 24 store. Again why have the store open when the essential part is closed

Two managers on duty wouldn't check me out 30 min before closing becouse they said they already counted all the drawers. However one I encountered 1st said it would be fine. Guess they changed their mind and didn't want to bother with customers.

Cashier has such a bad attitude. Wouldn’t let me use my coupon and my rewards calls over a manager and than starts to talk over me. Put her foot over the counter. Manager natalie very rude. I don’t get the rewards system if I can’t use redeem my rewards why do I save them ?
