The pharmacy tech is very rude & they are so slow at filling a prescription sent from the emergency room. It took 16 hours to get it.

The pharmacy used to be pretty good but I think it has gone downhill. I was told my RX would be be ready in 30 minutes but it took two hours. I think call the customer and let them know. I complained to the clerk and she just blew me off. Unprofessional.

You want some attitude? Guess what this Walgreen pharmacy does it all for you , I don't think it's the pharmacist that makes $100k+ have an attitude issue it's the teach that work here for $10 bucks an hr kinda ironic isn't it , especially the young blond with all the make up she found in Walgreen on her face, horrible customer service and attitude is like it's her store began with, I ask why bother working counter jobs when you have no absolutely no interest in being customer friendly , highly recommend deal with someone else

To summarize this place. Walgreens was my one stop shop to getting all of my Valentines Day. This was a different location than what I'm normally used too but the prices here were a bit pricey except the Arizonas but as empty as the shelves were I still found everything I needed. Sales staff was friendly and courteous! Parking wasn't too bad and either. Easy access to streets too!

This Walgreens at 83rd & Lemont is the best. The manager Donta treats me like family and says hello every time I walk in, last Saturday he even said "hi there, if you're looking for hand sanitizer we just got some, let me show you where it is!! Wow.. Donta makes such a difference at this location, the whole staff is great!

Not sure where they find the people that work in the pharmacy but ive seen more intelligent employees working drive through mcdonalds. For the past year ive picked up medication at this place it has not once been a smooth transition. Getting to a point where id rather be without meds than have to deal w these imbeciles again
