The pharmacy tech is very rude & they are so slow at filling a prescription sent from the emergency room. It took 16 hours to get it.

The pharmacy used to be pretty good but I think it has gone downhill. I was told my RX would be be ready in 30 minutes but it took two hours. I think call the customer and let them know. I complained to the clerk and she just blew me off. Unprofessional.

This Walgreens at 83rd & Lemont is the best. The manager Donta treats me like family and says hello every time I walk in, last Saturday he even said "hi there, if you're looking for hand sanitizer we just got some, let me show you where it is!! Wow.. Donta makes such a difference at this location, the whole staff is great!
