The technician who handles my claim was terrific. By no fault of his own, he did exactly what he is contracted to do.However, my repair was a warranty fix for the second time and the manner in which ASURION designates where to take your equipment (this being my phone) got repairs is totally inconvenient and a hassle.The first claim submitted could only be completed at a location in the city of Chicago because they were the only store that had the necessary piece. That is a 2 hour commute by train from where I live because I cannot drive into the city! Then I had to sit there 6 hours (an entire day wasted) and wait for my phone because of the distance I take traveled. They wanted to keep my phone overnight just for a screen replacement and asked that I return the next day to pick it up. Prosperous! I have medical issues and cannot be without my phone overnight.The second time (earlier this week) the location was at least drivable yet still 40 minutes from where I live to have the screen replaced again. However, the inconvenience this time was that I return after 400pm to pick it up. Now I'd be without a phone for 6 hours and have no way to communicate with anyone. Especially with the tech, if something had went wrong or he needed to contact me with questions. Which he needed to do a mere 1 hour after I left the store, but had no knowledge of this until after I returned at 400pm to retrieve my phone.Since I was unreachable he explained that the screens he had were defective and had to submit a claim on my behalf that my unit was unrepairable and that I would receive my replacement phone via overnight delivery. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience but frankly it is not his fault. He did his job but wish there was a way to stay in touch with him to have avoided the wasted time and ½ gas going back and forth.Now here we are, 2 days later and still have not received my replacement phone. So I must contact ASURION to find out what the delay is yet CANNOT find a department or phone number to call. How the hell am I supposed to contact ASURION!!??

Schedule appointment online for what should be a 45 minute repair and when you show up they tell you almost 3 times as long and that they can't do it that day. What's the point in scheduling anything and wasting my time driving here just to be turned away. Then you come back the next day and have to wait 30 minutes to go in because they're on break. I don't blame the worker. He's apparently here alone doing what he can. They need more than just one person working. Poor management.

young gentleman refused to fix my phone if i didnt give them my pin to access it.I offered to let them have it in "maintenance mode" but he said it wont allow him to run the test which is bunch of bull...I offered to stay and unlock the phone when he needs it to run the test, he said no to that as well.I went to a local shop after and got it fixed in about 35 minutes for the same price assurion would have charged (assurion needed 3 hrs to fix it).Not only shop that fixed it didnt need full access, they did everything without ever unlocking the phone.Assurion is obviously doing something fishy that they dont want you to know about.Not coming back here

Was having issues with my Samsung S8 not charging. I showed up first thing in the morning and a gentleman named Joe helped me out. I was out in less than 10 minutes and he also gave excellent customer service. Definitely coming back to this location the next time my phone acts up.

The guy who is working there is returning me two times (very bad attitude ) .... driving half an hour two times for nothing. I changed my location to La Grange with 100 % better service. They were so kind and fix my phone in 3 hours

Outrageous prices!!! They wanted to charge me 550 to fix my MacBook Air screen. I went ahead and found a genuine apple MacBook Air 13 inch screen replacement online I only paid $200. So if possible, try to find an alternative online before you go to this place and pay outrageous prices.

Stopped by today for an iPad that had a broken piece of the iPad charger stuck inside. Ivan was able to quickly take out the piece that was stuck inside and provided excellent customer service. I will return if I ever need my electronics repaired in the future. Thank you, Ivan, and your services were much appreciated today.

They were able to fix the display on my Samsung Galaxy S10 in a timely manner. I dropped it off before they closed and was able to pick it up the next day, no problems.

I was thoroughly impressed with this place. I dropped my new iPhone which shattered the screen. The young gentleman knew exactly what to do and fixed within 40 minutes. It looks brand new! Highly recommend.

I have taken Macbook Pros, Macbook Airs and Iphones here to get fixed. Their service is excellent and today, I literally had a screen replaced for my Iphone SE within 1 hour, just like they estimated. I had excellent service and recommend this location!
