Do I have to give any stars???
This location has employees (Joseff J.) who don't care AT ALL about their jobs or helping customers. Had a broken screen that they replaced, and less than 2 weeks later, the screen is out again. They said there was water damage???? Less than 2 weeks after the replacement? Are you kidding me??? Wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty.
Wouldn't give me manager contact info.
Wouldn't give me a copy of the work order findings.
Didn't even check the damaged phone for a SIM card after I asked how to use an old phone temporarily while they worked on the broken phone (turns out my S24 doesn't have one, which meant an extra trip to Verizon).
No empathy, no customer service skills, and by this experience, I can only assume they have no technical skills at all.
If I ran my business like this location runs, I'd be OUT OF BUSINESS in a WEEK.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Not cheap, BUT much cheaper than getting a new phone. My phone was ready at the predicted time frame. I would use this service again. No hassle

My gorgeous 105 lb Great Pyrenees knocked my Mac Book Pro off the coffee table and trashed the screen. My Apple Care had expired so I was in a bind. I had heard good things about You Break it We Fix it and made an appointment online for the next morning. They were very helpful with giving me an estimate for the repair. In a few days my Mac was up and running with a nice new screen! I’m very happy with the service and will highly recommend You Break it We Fix it to anyone!

Avoid this store. Refused a previous repair warranty based on the fact that another u break I fix did the repair. Offered no solutions other than go back to the original store which is in a different state, or maybe a corporate store.
The person at the counter seems to not understand the concept of national branding and just continually doubled down on were a franchise so we can do whatever we want
Asurion has called me back, and made it abundantly clear the store was completely in the wrong for denying the work they are contractually obligated to honor warranty work regardless of store.
Do yourself a favor and at least go to a corporate store and avoid franchisee greed.
The employees here clearly have no idea what they are doing, failing to understand basic policy, do you really expect them to be able to repair your phone?

I brought in a Google pixel 7. Screen was broken from a drop. They replaced the screen and it was back to working in 2 hours. Holy cow! What an awesome business. Way cheaper than a new phone and. Way better than waiting for an insurance replacement

Apparently, I am one who needs to protect my iPhone from the occasional drop. We’ve been coming to this location for years. I really appreciate the care with which they apply the glass protectors. Nicely free of lint, fingerprints and bubbles, and perfectly lined up. I could never pull it off as well.

Had to switch my claim to another location. A whole week of every excuse of why they don't have the glue, to it'll be here tomorrow, come in tomorrow but failed to say it was closed on a Thursday. I finally changed the location and filled a report with asurion who contracts them. Also whoever answers the phones and works there sounds completely unprofessional. Pick another location than this one. Act and sound like they'd rather lose customers than keep them.
