Can I give zero stars? Placed an order for same day delivery. Hasn't been delivered. No communication from shop. It's been 2 days. Unacceptable. They also do not answer the phone. Or respond to emails. Update: Tried calling several times, they either turned off their phone or blocked me. Calling the cops, reporting to BBB and Darien Chamber of Commerce. Another Update: 5 days after order. Finally got a response after TEXTING them! Ugh. Cancelled order. They don't deserve my money. Lesson learned. Always check reviews before ordering flowers.

The flowers should have been delivered on Valentine's Day. The delivery took place February 13th, on a Sunday (the store should be closed given the posted working hours). The recipient also received a different flower arrangement than the one I ordered (and they also put an even number of roses). I chose this florist because they had a particular bouquet, terrible experience.

This place should NOT be in business!! Placed an order for 2/14/22, they charged my card, gave a phone number of 708-200-6483 which NOBODY ever responds to or answer as well as their business number! I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order because they wouldn't have been a choice period! I've left several messages stating to refund my money and keep those little dry flowers! I also will be disputing with my bank to make sure I get my money back! Horrible, horrible, horrible, place! Please STAY away Not work the hassle!!!

If there was less than one star, I would have checked it. My grandson who lives in Florida ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on the 23rd of December. Was never delivered. I was disappointed that he wasted his money and he was disappointed that I did not get his Christmas gift. No call from them and their voicemail is full. Was not cheap…added $10.00 delivery on top of a $4.99 handling fee.

Do not order from this florist. I ordered a "new baby" arrangement online for next day delivery. I received an email confirmation. My credit card was charged. The arrangement was never delivered. I sent an email inquiring about this and also a follow up email a couple of days later as I was not able to leave a phone message due to their mail box being full. There was no greeting on the voice mail either just a message that mailbox is full. I don't think this florist is in business any longer but should not be taking online orders either. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Very disappointing way of doing business.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Mother's day came and went and you guessed it, no flowers were ever delivered. I did not receive a call or email that the delivery was not being made. Completely unprofessional. I tried calling at different times the days following mother's day and no one answered and the voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message to ask about the order. Customer service is Horrible!

Do not waste your time and MONEY! I've placed the order 2.8.2021 for delivery on Friday 12th of February. It was a birthday gift. You know what? They delivered NEXT DAY!!!!! NEXT MOTHERFREAKING DAY!!!!!! SATURDAY! Nobody was there on Saturday!!!!! I filled out the form for Friday!!!!!! Not any other day!!!! BRING ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!! IDIOTS!!!!!! YOU HAVE RUINED MY CELEBRATION!!!!!!

They don’t have a working phone number, don’t respond to email and didn’t deliver the flowers after days of trying to communicate with them. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from ordering anything from this florist. Absolutely terrible...how do you not have anyone answering your phone. The worst!!!

Not sure what others are talking about, we received a sympathy bouquet from a friend it was the most beautiful full bouquet I have ever seen. Flowers were all fresh and lasted a long time. The Perfect Blossoms did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to order from them. See actual bouquet photos below.

I am absolutely beside myself. After calling yesterday and being reassured at 3 PM, 4 PM, and 6 PM that my order was created and was pending pickup for delivery, I was finally told at 8:30 PM that the order was on the truck and would be there "any moment now". They told me that it would be delivered by 10 PM, latest. I asked my mother to stay awake to receive the delivery. It NEVER came. I called this morning and was told that the delay was because of supplier issues...which makes zero sense, considering the store told me that my order was ready to go, and then on the way! When the order was finally delivered TODAY, it was not what I ordered! It's mostly carnations and other cheaper flowers.It would have been one thing to be honest, upfront, and transparent about the issues they were facing when I asked...but to LIE? And then deliver something far under the value of what was ordered? Absolutely horrendous. My requests for refund are being ignored.
