Not happy. It's 1:22pm on Tuesday. They open at 11am and it's closed. No lights. No note. Locked up. This is not the first time this has happened. What gives? Either you have real hours or you don't

Great customer service. The gentleman educated my son on the different types of tennis racquets and showed him various models to fit his style of play. He gave us a great deal on a racquet that my son absolutely loves.

Great shop!Very helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right racket for me. I'm getting back into playing tennis. I demo. a couple of rackets and purchased a Pro Staff.

Ballerz is a super cute , all service tennis shop. From adorable tennis bags, gifts, racquets, demos and stringing, they do it all!I needed a special size grip , Curtis ordered it and had it there in epic time. Lorraine was so helpful when picking out a bag. The rest of the staff is super knowledgeable about which racquets would be appropriate for you.Can’t say enough, accept the store always gives me a good vibe!Thank you so much !

I love tennis ballerz. No more buying racquets, strings or balls online. I go to the Naperville store and get my racquets strung and while I am waiting, hit a few balls using their ball machine to try out different racquets. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

My mother goes here all the time. She even donated all of our old trophies. This was my first time in. I was welcomed immediately and EVERYONE in there was extremely helpful. I went in for shoes and came out very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be going here for all of my tennis needs! Great place. Great staff. A wide selection of products and brands.

I would rate this shop number in shops in overall and number one for tennis. The owner is so nice and she let me find the best racket the prices are cheaper than the other but the quality is the same or even better than other stores. Most tennis shops try to sell cheap good for high prices but this one does the opposite and sells expensive goods for lower than normal price. It says even has an auto ball dispenser to try out new gear. It’s service is so fast that I got my racket restrung in about 30 minutes and they also gave a me a complimentary overgrip. Anyone who is buying something tennis related should buy it at tennis ballerz!
