“This is a particularly good Staples Store. The manager is unusually responsive and helpful, not always just passing issues along to someone else, but instead handling them himself. He also has selected a particularly excellent staff who know their stuff and cheerfully assist you. In fact, they stick with any problem to the end solution. Kudos especially to the friendly helpful creative print staff who have done wonders for me.”
“I think most people get online to give reviews when they are angry, but fewer get on when they're happy. I just want to share my experience at this store:
I'm a regular customer, I've even paid for a personal mailbox at this location. The two staff members cared to learn my name. They are friendly, greet me when I come in, and add that old-school personal touch that one only hears about.
Even when they are very busy (which is often), they are courteous and respectful. I've seen customers come in who didn't follow the return instructions on their labels (some packages require the *customer* to do the packing while others the store does), but the staff don't lose their cool, even when the customer gets angry and sarcastic.
I've seen them bend over backwards to try and help customers figure out their last-minute needs.
I know that I enter and leave this store smiling every single time.
All in all, I'm a loyal customer and will remain so as long as I'm living in the area.”

“I moved cross country from WA to IL. Other companies were changing 3-5k just for basic shipping services and because of where I lived it would not be convenient with any service. I had to rent a truck to moved it to the large trailer and they where so accommodating to my need for more time. Pickup was a bit confusing (it is not a service they do often), but they made sure my movers were able to go trunk to truck (this saved time and money). This is an unconventional option, but worth it for cost savings.”
“I sincerely love this FedEx print location. As a designer, they go above and beyond to make sure my print jobs are done correctly every time. A month or so, I was on a tight deadline for a client, and they were able to turn around my print job the first thing in the morning the next day. The staff is always helpful.”

The staff there are extremely helpful and responsive.
I would especially like to thank Lucy Mackey in particular.
She went out of her way to regularly keep me updated about my return packet and personally picked up my return courier from my home when I was away and held it for a week.
I am so thankful for the service render to me.

“I come here a couple of times a year when I need supplies for the office. They have a good selection of ink. I recommend coming in the morning before Portillo's is open because parking lot gets congested. To me, that's the only downfall of this location.”

“I had a large heavy item that I needed to return. I searched for a UPS location and found this UPS Access Point conveniently located in Villa Park.When I dropped off my package, they were very accommodating, they could see me struggling with the box in the parking lot, a nice employee opened and held the door for me and pointed me right to the UPS desk in the back.When I got there, a nice young man took care of all the shipping details and even attached the label correctly for sending out my return.Also the Ace Hardware store was clean and well stocked, so I will be back to shop there as well.Five stars for both!”

They were patient, compassionate, and helpful as I figured out how to complete my two Amazon returns, as well as ship an additional package. well, the cost to ship the package was more expensive than using the US Postal Service, they quickly and courteously helped me check off another item on my to do list with a smile.”

“Quite a few negative reviews here. Usually when the service is great customers tend to not post a review, however when it's negative they are more inclined to.
So here is my quick review. Shipped my mini truck from Denver to Seattle. The driver Nick was incredibly thorough, careful, and professional. There was some concern on being able to load the truck on the rig, but he took his time and carefully handled the situation. The truck arrived in Seattle without any damages, and even after a clerical issue from another company, Nick contacted me and we were able to work out the issue and come to a solution.
I would definitely use Taurus in the future, especially if I would work with Nick again.”
“Abrina W. was absolutely amazing and insightful. I would give her 6 stars if I could. I had a pretty difficult order to print out. She solved my problem and was extremely patient and polite.
