Swiped my card got charged but because the machine didn't give me a receipt the clerk wouldn't give me my product. I even showed him my Statement where it charged me and still wouldn't do it. So when I get gas and say no to a receipt am I supposed to pump the gas back into your tanks and out of mine? Now I have to go thru disputing the charges with my bank. Drinks stay dirty on the tops of the cans when I buy here too. Up charging because of location. Avoid at all costs!!

I don't appreciate being lied too by the morning lady, I've been coming here longer then she's worked here and she tells me the reward cards (I got it from this store) don't work there (they do she just skipped past letting me swipe it) and then tried to gaslight me into saying it was only main shell stores. Whoever that old ugly lady is in the mornings is trash at her job.

The cashier was on her phone and singing to the lovely country song on the radio and also texting. So I let her finish as I stood there waiting to pay. I tell her the amount and she repeats it wrong. I tell her the correct amount and she says that’s what I said. Very crabby, if you don’t like your job just quit it’s simple. Not the face that should run the place. Namaste.

Pumps don’t provide a receipt - have to go in to get it. The cashier was having a conversation, so I finally left without my receipt. Inconvenient! You have one job.

This Shell gas station is ridiculous with it's expensive gas prices. I understand it's right next to I-55 so it takes advantage of high prices for unaware travelers but charging 30 cents more than the nearby speedway half a mile away is unacceptable. Staff members inside are okay but this gas station attracts shady people, one time a Arab scammer pretending he needed gas money and was travelling from California would be venturing out in this gas station to unfortunately scam people for money in exchange for a fake gold ring. If I were you, avoid this gas station.

Worst car wash of my life I paid $7 for a deluxe and would have been better off driving through a sprinkler. If you need a car wash this is the LAST place I would EVER go
