I purchased my washer and dryer from the Tinley location. I got the extended warranty. After a couple of years my washer went down. I went to the Darien location and picked out new washer and it’s been over a week and they still don’t have a date for delivery. The communication is slim to none. What good is a warranty when you can’t get the replacement product? Now I have to go to the laundromat because I’m still without a washer for over a month now.
Update….
I received my washer two days after I posted my review, so thankful for that. The manager of the store, Al, called and promised me that I would have my washer by Monday and I did. Also, when I went into the store I asked for delivery and haul away but I didn’t know I needed to ask for them to hook up the washer and that was an additional charge. So I hooked it up myself. Overall, I was not happy with the process of my service. I’m happy that when the manager finally got involved the situation was handled.
