Working with Ryan has been a breath of fresh air! We reached out to him after friends recommended him. Before just sending us a quote for home and auto insurance, Ryan took the time to talk with us. He wanted to understand how we were currently insured, what we were looking for in an agent and what he could offer us. After reviewing our current policy, Ryan actually advised we were under insured in the event we needed to replace/rebuild our home. No one wants to think about these things, but we're grateful Ryan pointed this out to us and helped us figure out a policy to protect our home. It felt like a significant leap in coverage for a minimal increase in cost. He was also very responsive when we had issues with our bank and escrow funds (we thought we had stopped escrow, but the bank never did and paid Ryan after we had already paid him). He was responsive, sent us the overage payment quickly and helped us work through all those issues. Thank you, Ryan for all your support so far!

Ryan and his team are excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to add coverage or switch providers/agents.
My wife had received significant damage to her car while driving out of state through thunderstorms last Friday afternoon. Shannon was very helpful getting the important information from us and was able to get the process started. From there, Ryan stayed late in the office to help push forwards towards a solution and provided amazing support to help get the issue resolved. They both worked very hard and their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. As a policyholder, they made everything super simple and easy for me. I am grateful to have coverage from State Farm through Ryan Wahlheim.
