First of all, I don’t really mind if the store is a mess. After the pandemic, most stores are short staffed and not clean. I get it — working retail sucks. What I don’t understand is the lack of training for the cashiers. I went in there today and had the most unpleasant experience. No hello, thank you, bye NOTHING. Girly, I’m sorry that you are so miserable but manners still exist !! Also,
I think her coworkers should be concerned— she looks like she had a lazy eye staring into the abyss. I hope she gets help.

Came if to exchange an item. Yvete (Manager on duty) right away said tags did not match item. I explained to her I had just bought these. She claimed they have to check cameras even though reciept was in her hand. After I told her check cameras please she said come back in morning. I told her I cannot due to work she said then there is nothing I can do. When I asked for somebody else she started yelling saying they were too busy to deal with me. I told her im a paying customer and I need help and eill not toerate being called a thief or liar and for her to check cameras. She started yelling and threatening me and cursing at me. I told her to give me a manager above her she claimed call 800 ross number and told me to leave. I found another manager and the other manager did not want to wcknowledge he temployee but kept saying this always happens and they cannot say anything to Yvete and then proceeded telling me its a black and white issue! This is awful.

Store is always a mess, cashiers have got to be trained to be the most unfriendly people possible-- said hello and thank you after my transaction and not a single word from the cashier except blank eye contact.

I like ROSS but they have really starting to fall off because I don't know where they getting there clothes at but they are not nice like they were in the beginning??♀️ hoping they get back better quality in they're closed
