I usually always need help when I come here and the employees always go above and beyond to ask if I need help before I can get to them first. They are very knowledgeable and assist me with whatever I need. We rented a Penske truck today and we were extremely happy with our experience. I will definitely be renting from Home Depot moving forward. We were very pleased with the customer service and walk through they did before releasing the truck. It was much better than competitor brands that we have used in the past.”

Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor. If you ever get an opportunity to go to the Shorewood HD, go meet Geina, as she will treat you like family. Thank you for such great service, hospitality and kindness. You are the best!”
