Violetta seemed off to me. Went in for a return today and asked if I could use the app to do a return at the store. I was told she didn't know and to call customer service... she said she would need an order number, so I proceeded to pull up the app to try to get it returned and she was able to do the return. I don't underhand what's up with the lack of knowledge, but her training was very poor.

I literally just left this store. The lady checking Ppl out with her holiday spirit head piece could be the furthest from any holiday cheer. I was simply looking for a coupon as my 2 year wasn’t wanting to be patient anymore. She couldn’t of been more rude and impatient herself. Very short with me and pretty much making me feel like an idiot bc I couldn’t find a coupon for their decrepit store.

I went on my weekly trip to Joann’s (Darien) today and to my surprise, my favorite manager, Kim, is back, and for good !!! I was so happy to see her and told her so ! That store has gone downhill since she’s been gone and I told her that too !! Welcome back Kim ! You’re the best !!

Very rude cashier that gave attitude for a return and understanding a charge breakdown. Visibly rolling her eyes and made rude remarks that she had to explain the pricing. Would not recommend coming to this location.
