Generally, Lowe's is my primary go to place for tools at home building supplies. Unfortunately, from time to time I have to go to Home Depot to purchase things that is not available at Lowe's. When Home Depot claims to have something available on their website, but the customer says they've been out of stock for weeks, it shows a lack of trust and honesty from this company. As a disabled veteran, it should be pretty obvious to employees that I'm not able to pick up heavy items and put them in a cart. The few times I've been there, Customer Service individuals are talking with each other is about non-work related items and you almost have to hit them with a rock to get their attention. Three girls were standing around the one open checkout counter and didn't even bother acknowledging me no matter how long I stood there. Again, they were talking about friends outside of work, and then absolutely no hurry to assist customers. When the female cashier finally approached me, her tone of voice literally sounded disappointed that I interrupted her little conversation because I was not capable of lifting the items to check them out myself. But then suddenly when a manager showed up, a smile magically appeared on her face and she began to try and cover up her behavior. When a store has an opportunity to win over a new customer, they should take advantage of it. A customer who spends $98, with the right customer service, would come back and spend another $4000.

First time coming here. I needed to grab myself some screws and brackets for joy new table project I needed to work on. I definitely found everything I needed without issue. They even had a great Christmas sale going on by the front entrance too. Any way, the staff here is definitely friendly here. Service was quick and swift. It's great to get here in the morning too. Store is clean and well organized.

Every experience I've had at this Home Depot location has been wonderful. I usually always need help when I come here and the employees always go above and beyond to ask if I need help before I can get to them first. They are very knowledgeable and assist me with whatever I need. We rented a Penske truck today and we were extremely happy with our experience. I will definitely be renting from Home Depot moving forward. We were very pleased with the customer service and walk through they did before releasing the truck. It was much better than competitor brands that we have used in the past.

Great service and support! This store always seems to have the quantities that Im looking for. Pretty busy on the weekends as they share a lot with Walmart.

Been here about 20 times in the last month as we've just moved to a new house nearby. Everyone in the entire store is extremely helpful and pleasant. Jerry in the paint section needs a promotion. He went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed to paint our main level. This Home Depot definitely doesn't reflect its rating.

I am very dissapointed with the treatment of my dog and I. Being responsible with covid I called ahead of time, about 30 minutes before if my dog was allowed. The man on the phone said yes, on a leash and under control. Perfect. Got there and were told we couldn't have our dog there. Called them again after we had left. They said "it's a person to person basis." This means they have no clear policy on dogs in the store. I am very upset we wrrr told two different things and nothing was done. I still do not know if my dog is allowed as they have no communication between employees and departments upon animal policy

Customer service reps are awful. They take people standing behind you in line and talk to you like you're wasting their time. Paint guy is good, though.

Sexist and unable to do math. Gave my wife a bunch of trouble implying that I (her husband) should be in the store purchasing and cutting lumber instead of in the car watching our children. The guy corrected my wife's math, changing it from right to wrong. Pretty much soured us to this place. Hey sexist moron. My wife is probably 20 times the builder as you. Get out of the stone age.

I made the mistake of stopping here rather than going to my usual store. Not many helpful people here. The nasty old ladies at the cashiers need to croak.

Hate it when the website shows a product in stock the number and the location then when you drive there, there are none to be found. When you ask why you get a bunch of bs stories. And when you add a review to the website it doesn't upload... Just keep your website current! I'll be shopping at Ace next time

Returned an item to the store in Darien, Illinois on Dec. 23 and STILL have not received a credit for an item that was new and in an unopened box. Manager of said store keeps putting me off telling me it takes more than 10 business days to issue a credit. NO other retailer takes this long WHY is Home Depot the exception?

wanting to talk to somebody from Millwork. the only employee that was working the desk was busy at the time. he treated me very rude told me all the prices were on everything it just look myself. I told them that I had a cabinet layout dimensioned and needed availability. he told me he doesn't do that, he has to send someone to my house to measure. he acted totally put out. disgusting
