I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic highly enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, every single staff member went above and beyond to make both my pets and me feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk team was incredibly attentive, warm, and organized.
The veterinary technicians were absolutely wonderful, showing such genuine care and gentleness with both my anxious cat and energetic dog. Their expertise in handling different animal personalities was truly impressive. The doctor and her entire medical team were exceptional - not just knowledgeable, but passionate about animal care. They took all the time needed to thoroughly explain every aspect of the examination and treatment options, patiently answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
What really sets this clinic apart is their attention to detail and the little touches that make such a difference. They had special treats for both cats and dogs (which my pets absolutely loved!), and the exam rooms were spotlessly clean and designed to keep pets calm and comfortable. It's clear that everyone here genuinely loves animals and is dedicated to providing the highest quality care.
Finding a vet you can trust with your beloved pets is priceless, and this clinic has earned my complete confidence. They've found the perfect balance of professional expertise and compassionate care. Without a doubt, this is the best veterinary clinic in the area - my pets and I won't go anywhere else!

I always have a great experience when I bring my kittos to the clinic! They are not the biggest fans of going to the vet in general, but the associates of Finan always make the experience very pleasant overall. They are very in tune with my cats' needs and always offer a helping hand. I always recommend this vet to family, friends, neighbors, etc.

Dr. Finan and all the team members who help us are all caring, knowledgeable and good communicators. I always feel listened to. My dog always gets careful attention and treatment. The team also does a great job of scheduling appointments and giving cost estimates for each service. I'm happy to be at such a well run practice. I have no worries when my dog needs care and that peace of mind is priceless.

These veterinarians helped prevent my dog from getting surgery on his knee, and we've been going ever since. This office is so good, that we drive over half an hour just to get to it.

The best vet I have ever been to! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. All of the receptionists, techs, and veterinarians are so kind and caring. They’ve created such a welcoming environment for everyone and it’s so nice to see a veterinary clinic that cares about their staff as well. They spoil my dog every time she comes in, she’s so comfortable there. Thank you for everything you do!

Recently adopted a greyhound and wanted to establish him with a greyhound- savvy vet. We were referred to Finan Animal Hospital, and I am so glad we were! All of the employees were extremely caring and transparent with what they were doing and any associated costs. They treated my dog like they would their own pet, and made sure he was super comfortable at all times. I would refer any pet owner who is looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate team who cares about creating positive associations with the vet to Finan.

My vet referred me to this clinic for my dog's teeth cleaning, as they have an X-ray machine. During the initial call, they said they'd need to use general anesthesia and clean her teeth since they couldn't take X-rays otherwise. I agreed and scheduled an appointment. They also asked for $87 upfront for the initial exam. Despite not being asked ever before to pay in advance, I paid and arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I had already filled out their extensive paperwork, so they knew I had an hour-long drive each way and chose them solely based on my vet's recommendation. They also sent me two reminder emails and called to confirm.
Upon arrival, I received no actual services. They didn't weigh or examine my dog. An assistant took me to a room and asked basic questions for about 10 minutes. Then, she informed me they wouldn't perform the procedure that day and I'd need to come back. I tried explaining that this wasn't what we agreed on and that I couldn't make multiple trips due to time constraints. If I'd known this in advance, I wouldn't have chosen them. I told her I wouldn't proceed and would find another vet. She insisted I stay for the doctor's explanation.
The doctor arrived and said she needed to examine my dog and establish a relationship before proceeding, requiring multiple visits. I reiterated my time constraints and the fact that they never mentioned this. I also mentioned my dog's recent physical, that she had already received, with my vet and that all information, except the latest bloodwork (which wasn't yet available but showed no issues), had been sent to them. My dog had undergone this procedure multiple times without complications. The doctor said this was their standard process. I politely asked if she could do everything today since I couldn't make multiple trips, but she refused, saying I had mistreated her staff by complaining about the lack of communication regarding their intent to not perform the procedure that day. When I pointed out they should have informed me, she blamed my vet and me for not knowing their process. She then asked me to leave, refusing to refund my money, claiming they provided service. However, they never examined my dog or provided any medical services. They just took my money and complained about my complaint regarding their lack of communication about their business model. Incidentally, she charges almost double what my current and previous vets charge, who I called afterwards and scheduled an appointment, and they didn't charge me upfront!
A few minutes later, I received an email stating they would no longer provide care for my animal due to my behavior and terminated our relationship.
I strongly advise against paying them any money in advance. They don't keep their word, don't apologize for their lack of communication, blame you, and claim you mistreated them and are a bad customer.
Final thoughts:
I arrived just before another customer who complained they always receive an estimate and end up paying triple the agreed amount. Reading their one-star reviews suggests they apply these tactics to other customers.
I would never trust my pet to their care because they cannot be trusted. They didn't fire me; I left! I'm glad my losses are limited to the upfront payment and half a day wasted. I have much more to lose, like the life of my beloved pet.
Be very careful! Read the low-star reviews to see how they treat their customers. We all make mistakes, but how we handle them matters. I'm reasonable, and if they had apologized and made it right, I wouldn't have complained. I might even still be there, risking my pet's life.
I suggest against paying them any money in advance and highly recommend getting everything in writing, as they don't keep their word and just try to keep charging you.
