We were looking for a new tax preparer as the company I have been using since 1974 has gone out of business. Called on 3/16 asked if they were available to do taxes the response was yes they had appointments available and would call back after talking to "the boss" that was out of the office.March 22 no callback received so I called again. Talked again to a different receptionist#1 she stated they closed off appointments on March 15. #2 charge of $500 to do Taxes #3 Yes they will call me back.Today March 24 still waiting for a callback......You don't need my business tell me I will go (and have gone) elsewhereI don't know their accounting competency but their customer service ability is obviously very limited. Prices to me appear to be a little highbut I guess anyone can charge whatever they want. If possible I would have given less than one star .

Mariam, Fowzi and team have been so wonderful to work with, especially through the pandemic. They went above and beyond to help me with my PPP loan application process when things didn't go smoothly, and I am incredibly grateful for all their efforts during such a stressful and uncertain time! In addition, Mariam reviewed my business financials and we made changes that have helped my small business grow. I can't say enough great things about this team. Yes, there are many companies can do your business and personal taxes, but the Ezzy team's advisory as proven to be invaluable for me and my business.
