Although I've had my personal quarrels with this place, it wasn't anything like my previous frustrations. I have been living here for over a year now and all my needs are currently met. Instead of adding fuel to a fire this staff obviously extinguishes it. If I see anything chance with my experience I will edit my review as such. Before it was excellent, then not so much. Now I say my stay is superb.

They were so nice and accommodating at the front desk! I travel a lot and their kind demeanor was out of the ordinary.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not the safest feeling place either. A positive has been the employees. They are very friendly. Really disappointed that I spent money to stay here.

Rooms: Clean rooms
Walkability: No much around since its next to the expressway.

Location was great, friendly staff, however we were not informed that the rooms wouldn't be stocked with cookwear, and it would be an additional charge.
Rooms: The rooms would be 5 star if cookwear was included like it use to be.

Nice area, the room was clean and it smelt very well when walking in. Front desk was very friendly and professional. Definitely would come back again and I highly recommend!
Safety: I felt very safe, no issues with that whatsoever.
Walkability: It wasn’t a far distance to get to anywhere necessary. I’d still recommend a device to assist whether it’s a wheelchair, cane, walker, etc if for any reason you have limits to distance you can walk.

The staff here are very friendly! They were super helpful over the phone to explain the rates, and what would be the best option for me in my situation. Once I was here, the staff were helpful with any inquiries or requests that I had. The room was exactly what I needed to live here short term while I was moving to a new place. Had no issues with the onsite amenities, either. I want to give a special shoutout to Tracy and Greyson! They were both so welcoming and helpful in a big transition period in my life. I am incredibly grateful!

We had to stay at this Extended Stay in Darien for a month due to a flood in our apartment. We stayed in the King Suite on the 2nd floor. This hotel is very clean and the room was extremely spacious, offering a King bed and a sofa with a pullout bed. The room was also very quiet (we rarely heard anyone) and it features a kitchen with a full fridge, 2 stove top burners, a microwave, and plenty of counter space and cupboards for dishes, silverware, etc. We brought our own with us, but you can also buy kits from the front desk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the housekeepers to the front desk staff, and hotel manager Tracey. Staying here made a stressful situation of our flood at home more easily manageable. I would recommend this particular hotel to my friends and family for future hotel needs in our area. Thank you Tracey and other staff members for making our stay a great experience.

Food and drinks: Had a nice kitchen to make my breakfast in the morning & dinner at the evening wife was happy so was I as well nice and clean everything we needed was there for us well be back soon
