Website is inaccurate with what they have in stock. Called in to double check before I make the trip and got “nope, don’t have any” followed by *click*. Horrible customer service.

Came in to buy a bottle of wine and cigar. The lady behind the counter couldn't tend to the other costumers in the store, because she was to busy watching me. I'm a Small business owner and been living in Darien since 2007. I love my community and has never not once experienced this type of behavior at any other business. I left that store without making a purchase and I'm sure she wouldn't have it any other way. There is no room for profiling in 2020. If your an minority avoid this store they don't want or deserve your business.

If you are looking for a quiet place to grab a glass of wine or a bottle of wine. This is your place, and you will surely love this place. The atmosphere was indeed calm and relax as well. The decorations were very fancy and elegant. The staves were very friendly and accommodating as well. This wine shop is my go-to shop. I highly recommend them to all of my friends!
