I have been with Chase for as long as I can remember and they get the job done well enough. However, I found myself needing a banking specialist and was prepared to be disappointed. However, Calvin Lucas, he is amazing and empathetic to my situation while being the quintessential professional. He represents this branch impeccably. He made the difference between just a bank and a genuine neighborhood personal banking institution. He needs to be commended for being an outstanding representative of why I chose Chase decades ago. Thank you!

Digital bank no tellers. Does not say that on website. Drove there for rolls of quarters and was out of luck.

It's a bank, very good for what it is used for, which is getting money or credit cards.

I understand there are alot of negative comments due to this being a digital branch only, but I'd like to recognize Calvin Lucas at this location. He greeted me as soon as I came in and helped me with everything I needed. He was very patient with me & went above & beyond! There was one other young girl working there & barely lifted her head when people were walking in.Thank you to Calvin Lucas for exceptional service! You need to be recognized!

No tellers at this location. It’s a “digital branch”. No one available to help you get simple documents like voided checks for your account.

$100 bills at atm and nothing else. Very inconvenient and frankly, stupid in this area.

Worst experience ever. No tellers. Staff arrived after 9 am. Unhelpful. Makes chase look very bad. Close them down, its no use to have that location. Negative stars

Not a good service drive-thru never works, I went to ask for a new card and the two workers just sitting and talking told me that I have to do it myself on phone app
